What a great spot to stop and have a cup of coffee! First time here and it wont be the last! Service is over the top and they have every game possible to play while you have your coffee! Great place to hang out and enjoy the day!

Parking: Market 32 is right next door along with the madison movie theater

I'm gonna miss this place. It's a cozy little board game cafe with great coffee, Tea, and Boba. They have fun community nights and a nice atmosphere. It's queer-friendly and not adult-oriented. Come experience it while you can.

Kid-friendliness: While not a kid-oriented space, it is very inclusive to people of all ages.

Great atmosphere, lots of game choices, great drinks. However, minimal seating available so we left sooner than we wanted to.

It's a great little coffee shop, the food they sell is wonderful little baked goods, all the drinks I've tried so far I've enjoyed. However that's just the food. The service and staff are wonderful as well, every time I have gone, they have been nothing but nice to me. They have a great selection of board games, and allow you to play them, or bring them home for a time for a little bit it of money. It's a amazing little place. I love it a lot, and love coming here.

I'm really impressed by how well this keeps the appeal of the main Bard and Baker, even with its smaller size. There are plenty of board games, great coffee, vegan snacks, and adorable decorations of Pokemon and other game icons. This is the kind of social scene I'm looking for in a city.

Was in Albany and wanted to check out this board game cafe. There was a great selection of games and it looked to have DnD groups. The coffee was quite good and there was a good selection of treats. It was clean and patrons wore masks. The environment was very welcoming. What a kool place!

The Albany location is smaller, but still a great selection of games, and a fantastic coffee shop atmosphere. Will definitely be back and want to check out the Troy location!

Went here for the first time yesterday, I’d never been to a board game cafe of any kind before so I didn’t know what to expect but it was very pleasant. Me and my friend enjoyed the drinks we ordered very much and there was a great selection of games. The service was great, the worker engaged us in light conversation, which I appreciated, and made quick work of our orders. Also, my friend had been injured prior to our entering the store, and the employee was very accommodating when we asked for a band-aid, and when we were entering the store I did not have my own mask on me at the time, but they gave me one. I also personally loved the music that was playing, but that’s biased because I knew and liked every song already. I now plan on taking my mom here!

Employees were great and the atmosphere is wonderful. At the time I went, masks were required for all patrons (a plus for me), and they do have them available for free if you're no longer in the habit of keeping one with you. I've had better coffee, so I can't give 5 stars, but great little spot nevertheless. Really good prices, and student discounts.

Great option to study and work, but also great option to have intense gaming sessions with a close friend or a party of 6 (kinda small for larger parties, but not impossible). You must pay for games!!

The coffee was okay but the ambience was amazing. Great place for you to play board games with friends or plop down with your laptop to work.

Love it! Love the game selection, the vegan cookies are very consistently tasty, and they have really decent lattes.Good game selection! My suggestion for B&B is to find a way to store the games more neatly! Keep the boxes tightly closed with bookends for example? It's a bit of a headache opening a game with lots of small components that have been thrown all around and spill out when you open the box. Velcro in the boxes? not sure. Great cafe!!
