Every time I come in, I am always greeted with the biggest smile from Megan and Kayla. I never know what to order, and they are always very informative and helpful on the items they offer. I always order what they tell/recommend to me and it is beyond delicious. I look forward to seeing them when I come back , and trying something new. Their energy is always so welcoming , and I have never had an issue with them. These ladies are the best!

Unprofessional as far as hiring . They scheduled me a second interview & once I got there nobody was aware of my interview and proceeded to have me wait over 30 minutes for a general manager who never came . This is a great fast casual Italian spot with huge portions and reasonable prices. The pastas come in a huge bowl (maybe 32 oz) for around $13-16, but don't leave you feeling lethargic. The portions are big, but not heavy. Great competition for the Panera and Chipotle in the immediate area with a similar quick service vibe. Great location for the hospital workers at Albany Medical Center.Street parking. Limited indoor seating (maybe 10-15 seats).

The rice was undercooked. Food was cold, and they barely gave me any chicken even though I ordered extra, staff were nice but definitely wasn’t preparing the food correctly.

They charge $2 for chicken cutlets when you get a small bowl which is normal. BUT if you want to get an extra chicken they put the same amount of the chicken and charge you an extra $4. RIDICULOUS! Also on doordash, they have the same trap for customers firstly they ask for an extra protein options because nobody gives attention and they charge you more!
