I've never had an issue with the food, and the prices are fair for the location and quality. I always order online and then pick up, which I would highly recommend to skip the line.

I love this place. I have never had a bad sandwich from them. Also ordering online is insanely convenient. Just walk in and grab it. Just be sure to order early because they fill up very fast.

Omelettes were great! Just be aware that the prices you are charged do not reflect the price on the menu at the counter. When I asked about the difference I was told “Prices are subject to change”

Always a good experience. I love the Ibizia chicken salad, no eggplant, on wheat bread. Such a good sandwich. Filling and yummy. Consistently good.

I don’t know how they do it, but they serve the most delicious chocolate chip pancakes in Albany.

This place is very very mid. It survives because the area around one commerce plaza is a desert for food. They routinely get your order wrong, and the prices seem high for the area. I would only go there as a last resort if you work upstairs.

They mislabel a lot of traditional Arab food as Israeli. I used to go here for breakfast all the time but the prices are too high and I don't feel comfortable enabling the appropriation of Arab cultures. I'll take my money somewhere else.

The atmosphere is the nicest around here but the food has gone downhill since the last few times I've eaten here. I think the worst part is that this place not only falsely labels Arab food as Israeli, but also butchers those very simple Arab salads and ingredients. I don't want to support the erasure of Arab culture.
To people considering this cafe, please just go to one of the nearby delis, cafes, or Middle Eastern restaurants. The food and service are way better and cheaper at those spots.

Let’s start with the service I Waited in line for about 10 minutes but the two people in front of me only ordered coffee. The girl at the front walks away and is very apologetic. About another 5 minutes past before someone takes my order. I order a hot chocolate (tasted just like brown water ) and a western omelette with toast and home fries . And the food was nasty. Home fries were burnt. Toast had no butter (nor jelly in bag) and omelette was good once I put hotsauce on it lol .Probably wouldnt go again …

They removed chicken from their menu but still have it online. Months ago when they had a full menu, I often ordered a chicken club on a wrap. Today I was told chicken sandwiches only come on rolls - LOL. For the price and limited menu, you would think they would be more accommodating. At this point they're more of an inconvenience than a benefit to those that work in this area.
