Black & Blue Steak and Crab

Food was meh in my opinion for the price. I know this restaurant is one of those expensive ones but also surprised by how small the menu is. Food is still good but don’t think it’s worth the price. I think you can get a better one for cheaper at Texas Roadhouse or Outback. Still very nice and professional service.

Ordered a medium steak and received one that was burnt, dry and flavorless. It was beyond well done. My wife also ordered a steak and she was also dissatisfied with the flavor and how dry it was. The service was subpar as well.

The food was amazing, fresh seafood and the steaks were very good. Ordered the cauliflower au gratin and it didn't disappoint. The crab cake was full of fresh crab and just good. Calamari was a great appetizer. Our server was great.

The premium price raises the bar for a premium experience which was not achieved. The food was good, but not great. My red snapper was overcooked. I think it sat for a while before being served while waiting for other dishes so the table could be served at one time. During the wait, the fish likely continued to cook and then cool. It was dry. I think the snap peas per the menu were really diced string beans which were stringy and caught in my teeth. Not impressive.
For a high end restaurant, the service was mediocre. It was a long wait to get drinks and any requests like a spoon.
Atmosphere was nice but not exceptional.
Desert was Lava Cake which was slightly gooey but not molten in the center, and overcooked (dry). The ice cream was OK but not rich.

We had multiple meetings here. Convenient location, large rooms with high-quality video/audio equipment, very good service, and high-quality food.

Little to expensive and the foods flavor was a little mild for my taste.

I think this place is just a little to high end for my tastes.

Went as a date and we both agreed not to go again, not bad but it might be a hit it and quit.

My husband and I had our one year wedding anniversary dinner here, and wow did they hit it out of the park! Our waiter (ryan? It’s been a week I can’t remember his name, but the reservation was under Wilson!) was SO nice, and knowledgeable in all the questions we asked! They gave us a champagne toast on the house for our anniversary which was so nice and not necessary! The food and drinks were amazing. We are excited to come back and try more food and drinks! Thank you for a lovely experience!

Table of two waited an hour to receive any food, as table of 14 ordered 30 minutes later and received food almost immediately. Very disappointed in the service as waitress did not check in with us as we were waiting for our food as we saw other tables getting their food.

Food is absolutely inedible. Everything we ordered disappointed us. Shrimp tasted dry, over cooked, and old. The meatballs had the most of putting texture. Nothing tasted good. Everything was definitely pre frozen, not fresh. They couldn’t cook a steak right, was well done 2x. I’m pregnant and was praying on the way home that I wouldn’t get sick. Second time I’ve been there in 3 years and both times were horrible, this time being the worst. Idk how this place is still open.

I hate to leave bad reviews but we came here because of the 4.6 stars and it was very misleading. The service was great but honestly the worst steak we have ever had. We ordered the cowboy ribeye medium rare, which came out more medium well and absolutely no flavor at all. Tasted more like a bad pork chop than steak, for a $70 steak I expected way more. The Brussels sprouts were good but mashed potatoes came out cold.
