I like to go to this place for their various flavors of smoothies that can be made vegan with vegan protein powder added. The dragonfruit and apple pie ones are my favorite, though pina colada is good too. I've also tried their salad bowl. I think it's a bit small with limited seating, but not an issue if you get beverages or food to go.

Even if you order early online (20 minutes early), it still might not be ready when you get there. The food is good though.

Ordered the BYO grain salad through door dash was completely disappointed. At first glance you can see browning broccoli some even had mold , the bottom of bowl romaine lettuce was brown, and drowned in the liquid they use for the pickled onions. Very annoyed with the fact that they thought sending this out was ok. I took a video put it doesn't let me upload.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I got this terrible smoothie that tasted watered down. 30 minutes after my 10$ smoothie I projectile VOMITED all of it up UNINTENTIONALLY. MY VOMIT WAS PINK. I’m currently laying on the bathroom floor begging for it to end. I have been throwing up consistently for 20ish minutes. I’m genuinely contemplating going back to the crossgates location and getting a refund and some compensation for what I’m going through. Diarrhea mixed with pink throw up when all I wanted was a HEALTHY smoothie as that’s what they are selling. I feel poisoned and might actually have to go to the hospital. Avoid at all costs.

This was my third visit to Bowled, and it was the worst. I was hoping to make this my go-to spot, replacing my regular Chipotle runs for your quinoa bowls, but that won't be happening.
I paid for extra protein, but the entire portion was smaller than a standard-sized bowl. The inconsistency is unacceptable and has gotten worse each visit.
While I won't comment on the overall service, the young blonde girl who served me had a clear attitude. Establishments like this don’t last in the area. This one is no different.
