Only complaint is requested bagel to be toasted with my order but was not. Otherwise service was quick, food tasted great, and quality was well worth the price. Website is very detailed and easy to navigate for allergens and desired style of food.

I ordered a poppy seed bagel with plain cream cheese. Halfway through I found something other than cream cheese in it. I took it back to the counter and prepared another bagel for me. However, by stomach has been upset all day. I have food sensitivities, and I'm likely having a reaction to whatever it was in the first one. Your staff should really take more care and pay more attention.

I can’t say enough about how amazing their employees are and food! The whole team is so kind, welcoming and give exactly what I ask for (Emmy, Paeten (who writes little notes on my bags so I know it’s exactly what I want 😹), and Eve. Also If I want a cookie on a random day they let me know if they are hard or soft that day so I only get what I want. I have been to other Bruegger’s and their bagels were small and not nearly as good. They have a $9 special for a dozen bagels...
