This location has friendly and helpful staff; they always seem to have smiles on their faces. The food is consistent and always made to order correctly. The store is clean and quiet enough to set up shop and work for a few hours (free wi-fi is a bonus).
Personal note - I accidentally left a charging cord at this location nearly two weeks ago, and forgot to call and ask about it and/or pick it up. Staff not only found the charger, they kept it safe and returned...

Gracie rocked it at Bruegger’s on Central Ave. It was very busy and she got my complicated brisket order PERFECT and still managed to smile. I was having a terrible morning with my staff and it was great to see that someone still knows exemplary customer service! Thank you.
