I love they boneless wings but everytime I get food it’s always different or wrong

Never ever order from this, ate at lot of Bww but food at this place is horrible

Very rude and irresponsible toward customers. I waited for almost 20 minutes, and no one addressed my order. Their display system is broken, and they don’t seem to care how long people are waiting. They should hire more responsible staff who actually know how to handle customers.

Ordered and paid for cauliflower wings, mozzarella sticks, and potato wedges. Only the mozzarella sticks and potato wedges arrived, so I paid 40 dollars for one order of mozzarella sticks and potato wedges. When I called to let them know they forgot my actual meal they didn't answer even though they were open for 2 more hours.

I called four times. No answering machine so you can't leave a message. I had to resort to reaching out to corporate because they're the only ones you can actually get a hold of. I've spent a stupid amount of time trying to rectify something that should have been a 30 second phone call.

I had a great experience at BWW New Scotland. The food is consistently good, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. I want to give a special shoutout to the manager, Brandon - he’s incredibly friendly and has a great energy about him. I had a small issue on one visit and mentioned it to him; he handled it immediately and professionally. It’s rare to find management that attentive. Highly recommend this location!

Review as delivery driver:
Location is incredibly slow and neglectful. They don't check what orders they hand out and half the time don't fill orders until drivers arrive. Expect to wait on atleast 15+ minutes. In the mean time expect to have attitude thrown at you from all the employees.
