Location is incredibly slow and neglectful. They don't check what orders they hand out and half the time don't fill orders until drivers arrive. Expect to wait on atleast 15+ minutes. In the mean time expect to have attitude thrown at you from all the employees.

I ordered on Doordash and had to wait an hour waiting for my food just to be canceled. It’s either the drivers couldn’t wait anymore or they never made it and it took too long. The store already closed when my 5th doordash driver came. They didn’t even call, or cancel the order earlier. They refunded me but will take a week. Lost my money and didn’t get the food. Bad place

I ordered hot wings, jerk wings, chicken tenders, fried pickles, french fries, and mozzarella sticks for my family for dinner. The fries were cold, hard, and incorrectly seasoned. The pickles were soggy. The mozzarella sticks were greasy. The chicken wings were so tough they were almost inedible. This was my first time ordering from Buffalo Wild Wings. It is also my last.

ordered to go and was given the wrong drink and charged for ranch i did not receive, support team has failed to get back to me and i was on hold on the phone for 10 minutes, stole money from me and am being ignored

God is dead and we come here to repent. The workers are trying their best. They gave me 20 wings instead of 10 which is awesome. Blazin’ is too hot and I will pay the price. Someday we will all atone for suffering wrought. Until then, we have Buffalo Wild Wings GO

Avoid at all costs. The food was bad, the wait was long, the service was also bad.

I sincerely hope this place closes down soon so we can get a better replacement.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I waited for 40 minutes just to place an order and the server couldn’t even get the order inputted corrected. Terrible service.

Staff is terrible. I've had food stolen from this location, and recently got served a to go box that literally had two inches of sauce pooled inside that the six wings were swimming in. And the place always smells like weed.

Delicious fast service great prices

I love Buffalo Wild Wings—coming from Texas, the wings are usually great. But at this particular location, the customer service was just atrocious. You’d think that being so close to two hospitals and set up as a Buffalo Wild Wings GO, they’d be more efficient.
I ordered online and showed up well after my scheduled pickup time, but still had to wait almost 10 minutes. The cashier was nowhere to be found. I knocked, called, even whistled—no response. People were lined up just to pick up their food. No wonder the reviews is only 2 stars .

The chicken was hard and barely sauced and when I went to pick it up I had to wait in line behind someone who had to order when I was just there for pickup and that was after I had to ask for someone to help us
