This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I waited for 40 minutes just to place an order and the server couldn’t even get the order inputted corrected. Terrible service.

Staff is terrible. I've had food stolen from this location, and recently got served a to go box that literally had two inches of sauce pooled inside that the six wings were swimming in. And the place always smells like weed.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings—coming from Texas, the wings are usually great. But at this particular location, the customer service was just atrocious. You’d think that being so close to two hospitals and set up as a Buffalo Wild Wings GO, they’d be more efficient.
I ordered online and showed up well after my scheduled pickup time, but still had to wait almost 10 minutes. The cashier was nowhere to be found. I knocked, called, even whistled—no response. People were lined up just to pick up their food. No wonder the reviews is only 2 stars .

The chicken was hard and barely sauced and when I went to pick it up I had to wait in line behind someone who had to order when I was just there for pickup and that was after I had to ask for someone to help us

Food was all excellent. They didn't have one of my items I had ordered but were very accommodating offering me whatever else I wanted instead. It took longer than expected to be ready but I had a varied order late at night so that's fair.

This location is take out and delivery only.

Wait 20 mins before a staff member acknowledges you. Trash establishment

I went to call about my order becuz it came wrong some girl answered very disrespectful was laughing bout the situation and hung up on me don’t eat or order from here

This is more of a take out and not dine in Buffalo Wild Wings. Different from the ones in NYC. The food is not fresh no Chefs. Kind of like a McDonald's but the Buffalo Wild Wings Version. They are attentive. Limted with employees on the same shift. Same person at register is also making the food and filling online orders. Lots to juggle for a small team of 2. The bathroom encouraged me to NEVER return. If the bathroom looks like this. Imagine the kitchen that you cannot see.

Stopped in for a quick bite after work, food was good, decent amount of meat on the wings. I was assisted by Miguel, a hard working employee with great customer service. Miguel was visibly busting his butt to make sure the constant flow of orders were being delivered ASAP to everyone I witnessed during my meal. Appreciate Miguel!
