Drive thru employees tell me to learn how to speak cause they cant hear me once i started being rude and disrespectful they magically can hear me and tell me to leave the drive through TELL YOUR EMPLOYEES TO PAY ATTENTION WITHOUT BEING SCREAMED AT AND THESE ISSUES CAN BE AVOIDED

I come every so often and i think all the staff are very friendly and the food is very good. There’s one person in particular that makes my day horrible. I think her name is Helen and she is very hostile and I don’t know who she thinks she is but she thinks she owns the place and she always is very rude to the other workers and I can tell they’re very young. I think this behavior is unacceptable and i don’t know how she’s still working here because all the time I'm here she is rude and very passive aggressive. When I’m telling her my orders she is always very rude about it. Other than her I really enjoy all the other staff, food, and environment.

I like their online ordering. It's better than Wendy's because at least you get assistance here and they know what they're doing. The folks at Wendy's they are disconnected from their online app. You have a problem with them and they just shrug. That doesn't happen here

We stopped in around 730 pm on Friday night, they were steadily busy with online orders which delays being waited on because the same person is doing the counter service and online ordering. The food took a bit but the fries were piping hot. Most of the booths were dirty with food and the seats have black scuff marks. Overall it's not bad but not great.

I went there for breakfast. I did a mobile order and they said due to a technical error they didn’t receive it and that there would be a wait. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the wait was a little long but the food was fresh and delicious.

Every time i have ever been here, the staff and food have been exceptional. You can tell when staff are happy and treated right, and it always shows in the how good the food is. This is my go to bk in Albany and i recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good, quick meal.

Who is always good? They wanted to get the order right. Would they actually give it to you in time service is very slow? It's with the same old lady working there for about 20 years that takes forever, I understand it's not her fault. It's just maybe not suitable for this fast pace industry
