0/10 franchise, there's better in the area. Horrible service, the entire staff. Takes forever for service, takes forever for the food to be made. This burger King is not "Fast" food. Regular dining speeds for subpar quality.

We stopped in at a particularly busy moment and the manager (I think) Andre was awesome. It's clear he had a rough shift and still he shared a laugh with us and was smiling. He even gave me and my aunt crowns, it was a really nice experience!

After many visits there was an awful experience, I can’t lie. Employees were nice people but do not go here. Service made me wait 15 minutes in the drive thru and left out several parts of the order. Didn’t even give the receipt. My opinion might chance if the wronging of my order is corrected but if not I will never visit this Burger King or another for that matter and I urge everyone not to as well. Again unless ownership makes a difference I’ll never eat here again.

This was the most awful customer service. Had to wait a good 20 minutes at drive thru. One person. Checked in another came and asked us if we had gotten are drink. We hadn't ordered a drink. I did ask for a glass of of water. After a little she came back. Handed me a cup with lid not totally on. I said thank you. Figured she would hand me a straw and no. Finally got are hamburgers. I asked about the Hershey pie we ordered. The original guy ran and grabbed it. Had to ask for napkins. No apology for the wait or even telling us there would be one. The food was good but these folks really suck. They took the fast out of fast food
