We stayed at the Hampton Inn 3 blocks away. The first time wee waited over an hour for our food to be delivered. The second time, I asked how long.... again, an hour. the food is fresh and delicious, but an hour wait is just not ok.

They were clutch one day when I was in a rush, quickly fulfilling my order but one day when I needed to charge my phone because it died, I asked them if they would let me charge my phone. They said no and did not try to help. Their plugs were also covered. What if I could've died? This negatively affected my review which otherwise couldve been 5 stars. Anyways the food is decent.

I was in downtown and this is walking distance . Chef was very friendly and took extra care to prepare vegetarian food. It was fresh and hot. Restaurant provides outstanding services also
Some of the best Chinese food in downtown Albany. I've been living here for about a year and this is one of the only Chinese restaurants that has never disappointed me. The people who work there are really polite on top of it, which just adds to why I keep going back.

Ok - Yin and Yang: The spring rolls were excellent. That 's the Yin. Here comes the Yang: the "chicken" in the rice dish and the soup was 100% rubber. You bite into and your teeth almost bounce back. Nasty gristley stuff. The rice itsef was good as was the soup. However the "chicken" (or whatever that was) was extremely nasty stuff. We won't be ordering take out from them again.

For delivery this place is great, they'll travel outside of their immediate area. It's a cross between American style and traditional Chinese and it's done well. There's no communication gap over the phone and food arrives quickly. The combinations have appropriate portions and the veggie fried rice has actual vegetables in it. The only drawback is the prices. The menu and price your charged is different. While I didn't think the price I was charged was inappropriate I want it to reflect the menu price as well as the price I have previously been charged.Also they up charge for everything, if you don't want pork in your rice your paying $1 more and delivery charge, which isn't inappropriate but it's never the same. So while I highly recommend them expect to pay about $2 more each item you order, a dollar for anything custom and a delivery fee that will differ with each order

I ordered for Plain Fried Rice and Chicken wings and I only got sent the chicken wings. When I called back, they said I was lying and didn't order rice with it. UNRELIABLE!! The lady on the phone was rude too before I was even able to order!
