This place had the best burger I think that I have had in at least a square mile of where I live. It was so good and cheesy. It also had a homemade air to it. Mainly because that's exactly where I felt I was: in someone's home. I will definitely have to go back.

The ceiling has fallen down. The whole place stinks like mildew. There's random stuff everywhere. All the cutlery, cups, & plates are disposable plastic. It felt like I was eating in abandoned cellar. The waiter gave out the menus & said the pricing is wrong on them. I asked for a loaded baked potato & was informed they don't have potatoes. "No one ever orders that." I asked for a Caesar salad which my friend also ordered & we were told there wasn't enough lettuce for salads. The food was mostly good! Nothing out of the ordinary but very tasty.The check was a piece of scrap paper that had an amount on it. When I went to pay w/ my card, I was told the card reader was broken. Thankfully my friend has cash.I'm not going again

The reviews for this place are hilarious. If you don’t know by looking at the place exactly what it is, then that’s your fault. Is it a hole in the wall? Yes. Could it be a bit cleaner? Yes. Is there a cat walking around? Yes. Is the food good? Absolutely. And it’s priced low as heck. Even more so with a Groupon. The cats meow is exactly what it advertises. Good, cheap dive food.

Small but like home atmosphere. Sharon, owner & our server has many hats to fill but worth the time. We had delicious and enormous portions of Burgers, sandwiches, Lobster with fries or chips & salad. Sundays they have a limited menu. Might want to call. I highly recommend Cat's Meow. Had a great time tonight with Friends!
Stopped in for dinner/drinks. Sharon was alone, doing everything herself. Amazing, friendly lady. Food was excellent and drinks were great. First time there. Was a bit skeptical at first but will definitely return. Don’t know why the negative reviews. The place isn’t a Michelin 5-star but the food, drink and prices are great.

The tavern is a no-thrills enjoyment, it feels like a step back into the 70's or a country style bar just outside of Albany. The meals are decent for their price point, and there's alcohol. Keep an eye out on their specials. Staff is friendly and enjoyable to talk to when it's not busy.

Pretty decent bar food. Sandwiches are huge and come in two containers. Owner is pretty nice, though when I asked for the total before her or a worker said "I don't know, do the math yourself" so.. the hours they're opened are also hit or miss.
