They have the best homemade lobster bisque that they make fresh everyday with Maine lobsters. My favorite is what they call the Big Az gourmet hamburger. It's a dry aged waygu beef on a sesame seed bun topped with your choice of toppings and a slice of orange American cheese with a hint of paprika. Instead of a conventional grill top these guys have a device that uses radio waves to heat the burger on molecular level until it's piping hot. 10/10
