This business processed a transaction with my family's SNAP Card. They drained the funds available and now I will have to wait until this all gets processed to get a refund. No one in my family has ever resided there or visited Albany, NY. I filed a police report yesterday in South Carolina, the USDA Office of Inspector General and also with the local office of DSS. This is outrageous how long this has been going on. Everyone who has been a victim of Fraud at this location should report them too. I received responses this morning pertaining to my submitted reports of this fraud by the agencies. File reports with your local police department and the USDA Food and Nutrition and your local Social Services Office these business need to be shut down for all these fraudulent transactions and causing all this grieve to families.

I live in SC don't know anyone in NY and found out that these people stole 199 dollars from my foodstamp card a mother with 5 kids they need to be arrested to see all these people saying that they somehow steal people's foodstamps is crazy and for them to be free still

Never Been Here Before In My Life I Don’t even live here I live in Florida Somebody Used My Foodstamp Card Here Today & I Didn’t even know til I was in the grocery store trying to check out & all my money on my card was gone I had to walk out the store with both of my kids with no food and I was actually buying formula for my 2mth old baby and I couldn’t because my card was used here

I checked my EBT amount for this month and seen that there was a amount of $99 that was rejected from this place I've never been here and never knew the place and in a whole different state far from here don't know how they got my information and I'm glad they didn't have my PIN this is crazy
