Chick-fil-A

The Service is great and the lines are quickly serviced. However, my last experience I purchased a Cob salad. While eating it, I noticed the lettuce was a little slimy so I pulled it out my mouth n threw it out. I looked at the rest of the salad n the lettuce was brown so I returned it. Large orders are a bit confusing for them. I had to go back twice b4 for items they forgot.

Food was great! Service not so much. 2nd visit, manager was the only one on front line. She was busy, granted. Takes nothing to say good morning and I'll be right with you. Not roll your eyes and sigh because the line is 5 deep. 3rd and probably last visit, I had to repeat my order 3 times and it was still wrong. It has to be made over. I checked the order and 1 sandwich still wrong. I asked the cashier to not make a new sandwich but to take the one I had and just slap some...

The taste is quite good but the lady at the counter is not. They forgot the sauces and when I wanted to inform, they asked me to get in line. Why should I wait because of their mistake?
