The Wolf Road location has went down hill both of my meals were not edible to the point that I sent both back and didn't even eat.As for the response of a better experience next time there won't be a next time because I'm not taking the chance of being let down again.

Chilis is a chain like many others, fast and simple. But this service in Albany was excellent! Krista has a ton of tables to tend to as well at the bar and did so with expertise. She was pleasant, inviting and quick. On top of that the bar and adjacent tables are super clean no matter the amount tables she is responsible for.Thanks for a great welcome to Albany for the NCAA tournament Krista!

The only vegetarian foods they have is cheese and bean burgers. Not many options but tastes good.
Got a borger here, asked for it cooked medium. Shiz came out and it was so pink. Could barely call it medium rare or rare, it was more like uncommon.
