I started eating here 10yrs ago when my child was in PICU on a recommendation from a nurse. I was AMAZED at the flavor that came from this tiny restaurant! We have continued to eat here when we come to Albany and look forward to the food.

Ordered through GrubHub, and order never came. I tried calling the store which has a different number on grubhub and google, but never got a answer. Called GrubHub and they couldn't reach the store either. Don't waste your time and order here for your money to get stolen. I had to go through a process to get back my money.

WORST DELIVERY EXPERIENCE I"VE EVER HAD. I haven't reviewed anything in years but just had to jump on here and detail my experience. First of all the food is horrific. Lets get that out of the way... Second the order took almost 1.5 hours to get here. But more than anything I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE been spoken to anyone like I was by the delivery driver...He may have been the owner.....I don't know....I picked up and he literally screamed screamed at me that I was outside...I am not exaggerating. He was upset that I called to find out where my food was and he decided to scream at me. Somehow even the soda was flat. I don't even realize how that's possible. This is far and away the worst meal coupled with the worst service I've ever had so props China House

Never order here. Placed my order online at 11Am and at 1Pm I tried calling to find out where my order was and no one would answer the phone, then I saw that on every online website and paper menu they had a different phone number so I called all of them multiple times with no answer. Luckily Beyondmenu refunded me but I spent 2 1/2 hours waiting on food that never showed up.

I just tried making an order and the employee answering the phone kept on hanging up. He did not sound chinese either. Accent and all, I had better experience with any of the other employees who had an accent there. They should really get rid of that guy, he is rude, cranky and is making them lose business.

The one guy was so mean to us. It was nasty in they don't use gloves when they serve there food. Just one person does it all there's tons of other things wrong with it I will never go back there ever again And were it's located is just horrible

Takeout Only. Surprisingly good; perfect for bringing into the hospital to make your ailing friend feel better. Keep it simple: wings and dumplings were very good, but we had a variety and all were fine.

Ordered chicken with broccoli, which was actually good! But the chicken lo mien was terrible! It smelled like vomit, and tasted funky. I'm not sure if I'd be willing to give this place another try bc of that alone.
