This review is simply about the service and not the food. I ordered and asked the server to separate a product that contained sesame oil from the rest of the food since my young daughters planned on sharing one plate. One of my daughters has a sesame allergy. All he had to do was put orange chicken in a separate small container. He tried to tell me they don’t usually do this and he is doing this just one time. I quickly informed him that this is due to an allergy, so the fact that he thinks he is doing me a favor is beyond me. I was tempted to just walk away, but I got it, because my little ones wanted that food. I have never bought food from there before and I absolutely won’t be back. Just really poor customer service. Atrocious.

They’ve been here long enough to stop acting the way they do but they still haven’t learned nor care too every review is the same rude and rushed, hurry up and wait. They will rush to get you inline while they try to get others instead of checking you out to pay creating a line and you standing their trying to pay for food while they’re trying to grab more customers. Subpar and cold. For many years always changing the price and charging extra by the time you’re at the register.

The food was good. The guy behind the counter was very vegetarian friendly. He asked if I was vegan or vegetarian. I had tofu string beans and mixed vegetables.
Vegetarian options: This is a place where you pick 3-4 items and they put it in a box for you. Several vegetarian choices. Several starches and several vegetables to choose from. Guy even asked if I was vegetarian or vegan to help me choose.

I recently visited a restaurant, and I must say, it was quite a disappointing experience. The sight of all the forks staying in one box and everyone touching them made me feel disgusted. Moreover, the plates were dirty and dusty, which added to the overall unpleasantness. It's safe to say that it's not a place I would recommend for dining.
