Placed an online pick up order and after 30 minutes after the order ready time, asked about the status. Was told they were never going to be able to make the order because they were out of carnitas, but never gave any indication through the online pick up order that was the case. They said they cannot rectify the issue and to call corporate via the app.
For the in person line, they at first had no meat, and then only had chicken to fulfill any existing orders.

The cashiers have the worst attitude ever, they act like you’re such a bother and that you’ve disrespected them by getting food here. The place is dirty, the chicken is always burnt. Sat in line for 10 Minutes on my 30 minute break for them to say “we have no chicken”. Place is a mess, go somewhere else. They clearly don’t care about improvement with how many poor reviews this place has.

Went in tonight at 9pm to get an order. Was told “what I see is what they have”. They had barely anything. It closes at 11pm. I’m confused why they didn’t have anymore food prepared. Was told “it was a busy day” with attitude & when I walked away a snarky comment was made. Never been to a chipotle with such rude staff. Always rude & nasty. They need a whole new staff.

Saw some pretty unsanitary practices going on like employees using hands to scrape scraps from counter into bins, and the selections looked bare and kind of icky. Dining room was very dirty even though it was pretty empty. Employee we spoke to wasn’t super helpful and kind of rude… have eaten here before and it’s very mediocre in comparison to the other chipotles - i hope they can up their game. For their prices it was disappointing

Good food, that is if the food pan isn't empty! Employees are most of the time in a miserable mood and the food pans are always low or empty. The lack of options and the bad attitude staff make the experience questionable at best. One of the worst Chipotle restaurants in the area.

tip was in a water cup so we were confused. fountain drinks tasted like water so they were disgusting. my burrito was empty it was like nothing was inside
I was hoping this place would be better than Niskyuna because I am close by at school frequently. I didn't even attempt to order anything I turned around and walked out. So far the only establishment that I have found that is not disgusting and the food stays consistent is Scotia NY. Where is the management and the people who keep these places from burning down? It's like it's run by a bunch of kids who really don't give a shit about anything.

im sorry but this is the worst chipotle ive been to. i understand being understaffed. ive worked retail and food all my life. but these employees REFUSE to even look at you. i was standing in line for over 30 min and multiple people behind and infront of me left. the two people working were making mobile orders as everyone stood waiting and didnt say a word to anyone. the person who seemed like the manager was doing everything but helping make food. when they finally said something to the line they acted very rude and angry.

Horrible chain. If you want a vegetarian meal, please be aware when they pick up meat, the meat juices drip into your vegetables. So you can get slimy pork with your vegetables. Beats the concept.
