Chipotle is always one of my favorites. This visit, I ordered chips and guac. The guac bin was empty. The server used the spoon to literally scrape the sides and bottom of the bin to finally fill the cup. When I got to my hotel and opened it up, I just closed it up and tossed it into the trash. Sorry, but 5 bucks for what was in that cup ? Nope. I should have said something at the restaurant, but they were busy.

Dinning in tables all had food in them. Not a single table in the entire store was clean.

I cant beyond the lack of cleanliness to enjoy the food. The food prep area was disgusting and there wasnt a clean table in the place. The person making the food did not say one word to me while making my bowl, just looked at me as he walked down the line. I think they can do much better!!

Upon arriving to the Wolf road location, we noticed the white rice wasn’t available. We were told it would be an 20 minute wait. We decided to stay and wait. An entire 50 minutes later, the rice was ready. Mushy, but ready. We kindly continued with our order because we were already there for at least 50 minutes, it didn’t make sense to leave at this point. We proceeded to check out, my partner asked if he could have beans added, they told him no “because of cross contamination”. That was weird, but their policy so we respected it. Then I politely asked the young lady at the register if she could give us some sort of discount for the time we spent waiting…30 minutes past the time they mentioned. She said she had to ask the manager. Within a matter of SECONDS she returned and said “she said no” the “manager” was about 3 steps from the counter at the time and thought it was professional to respond and quickly walk away without taking anything into consideration. The cashier apologized and thanked us for waiting. THE MANAGER truly needs to learn better and do better. We waited because we were tired of driving around and kindness got us nowhere. Let someone else manage that place, that young lady didn’t do a good job and it would have been easy being that we were so respectful.

Out of chicken 2 hours before close makes entire bowl the. Says out of chicken. Slow waited 10 minutes for no line while staff talked. Rude staff. Unresponsive and dirty place had hair in my food.

Following my purchase, I arrived home to note on the receipt that I was erroneously charged for guacamole that I definitely did not order or indicate as I am allergic to avocado. Upon noting this error, I inspected my order to ensure there was none present and it was not. The following day, out of principle, I returned to obtain refund for the errorneous charge. Upon bringing to a representatives attention, my issue was met was indifference and I was deferred to corporate to obtain this refund! I was BAFFLED! 🤯HOW is it possible that a chiptole representative creates an order error, the customer brings to their attention within an extremely reason time frame and this in-store error could not be resolved in-store?! What kind of customer service is this?! Unfortunately, upon reviewing the other reviews, poor customer service is a recurring theme with this location. I have already submitted an experience report.

The actual food isn’t terrible if the items you want are actually cooked and in stock. I’ve tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt but it’s not worth it. The place is always a mess. The service is terrible. They don’t seem to care. I will say they always appear to be understaffed but come on. Every other chipotle in the area blows this one out of the water.

Girls at the register need to be a little big friendly . I understand the workflow and the pressure . But this is doesn’t change the fact of being nice to the store costumers .

Look, I get its busy on a Friday lunch. But if I go to pick up a mobile order, told someone else grabbed it, its going to be another thirty minutes to make, and then I can't get a refund to go somewhere else? No attempt to make things right, at all? I mean, what are we doing here?

They give sooo small portions now and the time to wait, before they used to barley stuggle when they put so much food in my burrito but now they don’t even know how to wrap my burrito even though it’s like half the size, I asked if I could get a bit more chicken because I decided to stand up, but he just said it costed extra now.
