Far and away the worst chipotle ever. Aside from them never having food ready and prepped prior to open, the workers are miserable and rude to you in everyway. Walked in at 11am this morning and when a gentleman asked if they had steak her response was "Your choices are whatever is in my line" in a wildly rude tone. I just walked out because I didn't wanna deal with her attitude. You just opened and don't have all the protein options available? She is there everyday and is quite literally never in a good mood. Not sure how she even has a job still, after reading all of the bad reviews on this location. It is also always filthy. I walked in like I said at 11am. Place has been open for 15 minutes, how on earth is it that nasty? Just stay away from this one best as you can, Wade Road operates much better and has way better employees that don't completely hate themselves.

The service is not good . The counter fatty girl has too much attitude for the customers , she don’t know how to deal with them . Yesterday I bought veggy bowl and she charge me extra $5 for that things which is included in that and she charge $25 for a veggy bowl almost what that nonsense

The worst experience I have ever had. Disgusting, prep areas were covered in food, 8 employees all standing around doing nothing. Out of cheese, mild salsa, guacamole, lettuce, large chips, ice, forks, toilet paper. Garbage overflowing in restaurant and bathroom, scattered all over the floor. Customer returned to store to ask for manager and no one responded, started yelling. Customers loudly complaining about lack of service and employees openly laughing at them. I tried taking photos of how utterly nasty everything was, definitely should not pass health inspection! I’m contacting corporate offices, this is a disgrace. 9pm, this place is still open for 2 more hours.

I travel for work so I’ve been to chipotles all over the Country is by far the worst. The service is absolutely trash and they move super slow like I’ve never seen chipotle workers move so slow 10 out of 10 would not recommend if you have time to make the drive to the next nearest chipotle I would recommend doing so.

This chipotle is very dirty and unclean. Food was everywhere. Staff was cross contaminating food. It looked like a head of lettuce threw up outside the refrigerator. The man working the grill did not change his gloves after handling the raw chicken, and tongs used on raw chicken was used on cooked.
