The food there is not to the standard that every other Chipotle has met that I have been to. It is not good I don't know how else to explain it just if I order my favorite thing I'm not going to like it. The place has always messy and unclean and in disarray. The people there are beyond mean. To go beyond not caring about the customers. They seem to act and perform with the intent of causing as much suffering as possible and to make everybody feel as rotten as possible. I have seen physical fights nearly break out between the staff members and the customers, and I have felt the worst I've ever felt at a restaurant in my life in there. It seems as though it is not uncommon for people to enter and then leave without having received any food. If possible, avoid this specific location. These are not simply bad employees.. these are questionably evil individuals.

Do not order during regular meal times, especially online. They will stack up orders and let anyone take anything, often getting food lost/stolen. They also get so backed up with online orders you will never get your food in the same hour the pickup estimate is given.

From the numerous times I’ve visited in person, the staff do not appear attentive and they do not ensure that the customer receives all the items they’ve ordered.
The food has been adequate but I think hiring a new set of employees may be needed.

I always love eating chipotle but this place was a complete disappointment. I walked in and realized why the store was empty. The employees were the rudest people I have ever seen. I don't think I have ever had a more horrible experience in my life. He rushed me and acted racist while I was just trying to decide what to eat. I didn't think I would experience such bad behavior just because I had 1 minute to decide what to eat. It was a complete disappointment. I will never go past it again. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!!

Went to pick up an order @11:30a and the door were locked. I called the store and they told me no one is outside and am I sure there doors are locked.. I asked them why would there doors still be locked if they opened @10:45a. I saw multiple workers just standing around.

HAIR IN FOOD AND ABSOLUTE RUDE SERVICE. If I could give 0 stars I would. Other reviewers stating to ignore the other 1 stars reviews are not telling the truth. All 3 of my colleagues placed an order in the app for quick pick up and we arrived 10 minutes after and my order was sitting there ready to go. Perfect! My two friends had to wait 45 minutes to receive their orders. While the employee with the tattoos was extremely rude to us. Literally yelling at us to move. The other female working bedside him was extremely unqualified for the job. Extremely slow and I understand if you are training on the job or if that’s even the case but she was all alone. Would take 20 minutes on one order at a time… I came back to work and didn’t even receive the correct order. The girl had put the wrong stickers on several peoples bags mixing up the orders. Not even that. THERE WAS HAIR IN MY FRIENDS FOOD. Absolutely no hair nets in sight either. Absolutely disgusting. I contacted chipotle right away for the order. Never going here again. To be right bedside a hospital you need to understand the reasoning while people to orders ahead.. so they can go back to work on TIME not 45 minutes later.

i will never eat at this place again i rather starve than waste my money here. management should be fired for one and two the employees need better training in customer service. cleanliness i don't think they know what a broom and mop is. shut it down or get new ppl. sad thing is, it's in a prime spot in the city of albany ny right by 3 hospitals. good luck to whoever wants to work for this location.

Came to Chipotle today 10/5/24 at 4:45pm across from Albany Medical center. The employees attitude was TERRIBLE from the line making the bowl and the lady at the cashier. Throwing stuff on the floor and just dirty behind there.
