the man running the counter couldnt be bothered to take out hus headphones in order to hear what i was ordering. extremely rude and on top of it all he gave me 2 stale buns that were hard as rocks. completely unacceptable

After watching a TV show about the history of Cinnabon, I decided to come here and try one. It had been ages since I had eaten a real "Cinnabon" (perhaps never?), but I expected a warm, gooey, sugary, chewy mess of calories. And it delivered! Sure, it cost over $6 and I didn't like that one bit. And, it was only served warm instead of piping hot-out-of-the-oven but I guess I can't blame them for that. The parts I did eat (the edges) were great, and my wife chomped the middle section and gave it her smile of approval.I won't eat these everyday... my wallet and waistline will thank me... but it was certainly a lot better than the cold buns you find at a bakery, or the "other" type that comes from a can.

Part of my cinnabon was missing, but still 98% satisfied.
It's inside colonie center. It's not busy when i went. I ordered 2 classic rolls (groupon offer for 5$). It is what i expected it to be. It was perfectly warm when they served it to me. My cravings are satisfied．

Do not buy the packaged Cinnabon’s!!!! Very disappointed!!!! Purchased 4 classic Cinnabon’s w 3 extra frosting. Initially I wanted the ones unpackaged as I was sure they would be fresh. Associate behind the counter convinced me buying the packaged ones was the same and that he just made them fresh today..... definitely was not the case! They where hard and dry as saw dust!!! I was passing through town and live 3 hours away from location so I was unable to return to the store and tell him he definitely was lying!!! I’m very disappointed I was lied to and sold dry, hard, old Cinnabon’s!!!! I’ll never return nor do I recommend anyone to buy the packaged “made that day” Cinnabon’s!!
