I will never order from them ever again. I specially stated in the order to have each one individually separated and no sprinkles. It also stated, if they can’t fulfill the order that they will call. What’s the point of me leaving my number and they’re not going to be call. And when I get there they charge me an additional $1.00 per container for the cupcakes to be individually separated. No apologies or anything. So, yes you have lost a customer. I will not be back.
Reply to the employee who posted their respond: No lies of what I said. It says a lot about a business that doesn’t mind losing a customer that hasn’t done anything wrong. And maybe it’s the employee that is the problem. But I will pray for the employee. She knows who she is. And I put in the order two hours before picking up not two minutes. I have the email stating pickup time for 9:35-9:45, but I came at 10:00 instead.
