Thought I would take my mum out for a nice lunch and catch up. She got the mushroom on toast and this is what she recieved. It definitely wasnt worth $18. I also got the acai bowl and had to pay extra for banana when it said that banana was included. I dont like complaining but it was disappointing.

Very very dishonest. My parents used their VIP club benefit to purchase a buy one free one coffee on friday, 10 July 2020. The lady who works there outright lied to them that the deal only applies on Monday to Wednesday, where it should have been all day, everyday as listed on the website! They never had any issue with any of the Coffee Club branch and not only that, they have been regular customers too over the years. Management, I suggest you look into this. The last thing you want is your staff turning away all the regular senior customers because of poor conduct.

I'm a massive fan of this place. The staff here are awesome. The customer service and food served should be used as an example for other branches. Ultimately I think I have discovered the true reason why my company always books us to stay at the Ramada Suites.- Ash

This is our next goto place in Albany. Not many people come here as it's away from the mall and other amenities. But very good service and coffee. Breakfast is same in all coffee club.
