This place made a very terrible day extremely better. And the fact they took me at 10pm right at close and said “take your time…” I’ll never forget it. Thank you to everyone that was working this Friday night it really made a difference!

Super! I love Cold Stone, its been a while since my last visit I got a birthday cake and the mud pie mojo ice cream, my favorite! The girl working at the time I went was awesome and very knowledgeable, sorry I didn't got her name.

Stopped in to use my birthday bogo and was greeted by the most genuinely sweet worker by the name of Thyluja (I truly apologize if spelled incorrectly) she was smiling, kind and polite. I got 2 love it’s with about 4/5 toppings each && she had me give her both order before she started scooping. She needed know reminders && got them right. Granited I would not have minded repeating myself because we are all human and I forgot something so I had to write it down. Needless to say she is the lost efficient and personal employee. Give her a raise because she truly makes this place stand out. I’ve come here multiple times and everyone is always nice. However she truly takes this place to o another level with the customer service. Hard work sometimes goes unnoticed and I want to make sure she knows hers has not.

The Styvesant shop is cute & the cakes look tasty. They have an extremely small selection of ice cream flavors. They have a rather large selection of toppings flavors . ? The cones are WAY TOO BIG. Last, they allowed a non-service animal in which is a clear violation of NYS health law. I won't go back.

I'm never going back. They charge almost $13 for 2 scoops in a burnt waffle bowl. This is the quality they find acceptable? The owner needs to sell to someone who knows what they're doing. The ice cream tastes incredible, but it doesn't justify this, and to my dismay, it did not overpower the burned waffle bowl taste. My addiction to this ice cream is conquered.

Holy smokes, absolutely overpriced... Better off making your own at these prices.. $20+ for a quart after tax!.. almost 2.5 times the market price of other good quality creameries. You're better off going to either a Kurver or a Lindy's for more reasonable prices on cones as well.

We had such an amazing experience here!! The staff was the best!! Something happened with our DoorDash order to where the driver did something with it or someone else took it….(and it was honestly a mess)… But the staff just helped us with no problem, no sense of frustration or annoyance but were filled with kindness and just amazing positive vibes. They remade our icecream with no problem even when they were supposed to be closing… and it was just amazing. It really made me and my roommates’ night!
Terrible customer service. Made us wait and didn’t acknowledge us for at least 10 minutes instead they sit there staring at us. This place is trash. Just go to Baskin Robbins instead don’t recommend this place. The employees are extremely rude.

I Used to love Cold Stone but i dont know if they change owner, seem like a whole family working there now. Very mediocre costumer service. They give me the wrong order and they start speaking in another language. Im here trying to get my oder fix and they are not even talking to me or even english. Never coming here and i dont recommend this place to anyone.
