The middle-aged woman who on the front was very rude to us. We wanted to buy 4 ice cream but because of her attitude decided to only buy one to my son. The ice cream itself wasn't even that good but only 2 scoops of it was 4 dollars. You can buy, for the same price, much delicious 1 gallon ice cream from Stewart's.

The lady was pleasant and very helpful. Service was quick... I got a strawberry Sunday and my hubby got peanut butter Sunday... Although the Sunday was good I was a bit disappointed the whip cream was already melted and there was only 5 frozenish strawberry pieces with no strawberry purée /sauce.... It was mainly a vanilla soft serve ice cream... For $6 I would of preferred strawberrys in it. I didn't take a great Pic in the car since it was getting dark out but it was definitely mainly white in color I hubby didn't even realize i got a strawberry Sunday ??♀️. Had not grabbed and go. I would of said something. Hubby said his hard ice-cream Sunday was good tho.

Because I didn’t have enough cash on me, she didn’t want to serve my children, even though I told her am going to get reminder of the cash. She had my kid standing waiting and didn’t serve him until get back. The lady at front is rude and racism. I would never bring my family there again.

This lady charged me $6 for a medium sherbet ice cream and gave me a small dish. Also they don’t take credit cards. I only had $10 cash on me. I gave it to her and told her am going to CVS at ATM to get the remainder of cash. She took cash and put aside and told the other lady to hold off an making the shake for my kid. My kid had to stand there until I get back with the rest of cash, before they could service him. Why would treat a customer and child like this.
Make it seem like am not going to paid for ice cream's, shakes or sherbet. Keep in mind, my other child is sitting eating and CVS IS less than mile away, from ice cream place.
I did not get my money worth, I feel like That’s bad customer services. I don’t have time to steal $16 worth of cash, from CONE ZONE ICE PLACE Guiderland. Treating customers like criminals, this unacceptable. Bad bad customer services. It’s not worth it, this place is ridiculous. I would never go there again. would never recommend anyone to go there.

The lady Wouldn't give a sample of ice cream to a 7 Year old girl. Her brother got a semi soft ice cream cone the lady put in in a cup. First time last time for us.

This is the perfect place to get ice cream! There is a nice sized parking lot and plenty of places to sit. They have tables & chairs/benches on the front patio and behind the building there are picnic tables in the grass. They even have a gazebo!The employees are super nice! One knew I was conflicted and suggested I combine my hard and soft coffee ice cream. It was delicious!Take a break and get yourself a treat here with someone special.
