I ate at another corelife Eatery before, so I would offer a few Stars for free at this location, if I had ever been able to eat here more than once. I usually make two stops at a restaurant before review, but not this time. Food, while inspired for its sourcing, is almost totally uninspired for flavor. Bland, few seasonings or spices, and the delicate flavors of fish which was supposed to exist, didn't. Service fine not exceptional
When it was open, the restaurant closed at ~ 7:30 or 8:00 p.m., which isn't really conducive to eating a dinner out. I saw this restaurant open recently, apparently I am seeing it close? It looks like they didn't really make an attempt at helping this one to survive, I didn't see any flyers or advertising or anything for this location during its tenure, it is almost as if it was a tax write-off intended to not-succeed..

I have been to all the Syracuse locations
They are all great
I walked in this place, looked at the condition of the lettuce (brown on edges)and the lack of Al the greens Normally found at core and left. The bathroom was a mess
This place need a manager
One of the best fast-casual restaurants in the area, however, skip the naan.

I would go to the Wolf Road location instead. Food seems more clean and fresh there. More options on the menu as well.

The last time I ordered from this location was a compete joke. Stopped on my lunch break for convenience since it's local. Tried to order 1 buffalo chicken rice bowl -simple. Or so you would think. Apparently they were so short staffed (not the workers' fault) that nothing was prepared. There were 2 policemen ordering ahead of me and every side they asked for they were told was out of stock.
As I got further down the line, I watched the 3 workers argue with each other about who should be doing what. The one girl was standing there like she has never worked a day in her life before. Absolutely clueless on what to do. The other woman and male worker were arguing back and forth so much that the male threw his apron off and said "F THIS, I'M OUT". He went into the back room and NEVER CAME BACK. I am certain he quit on the spot.
By now, most of my lunch break has now been consumed because these 3 degenerates cannot figure out how to get through these orders. At this point I couldn't even leave because they already made my food, so I was stuck. Looking behind me, the line had grown to almost being outside of the front door. Insane.
After getting my food, I opened it, and to no surprise the entire order was incorrect. I ordered the buffalo chicken bowl with no tomatoes. I was given BBQ chicken with tomatoes. Absolute joke of a place, especially for how pricey your food is.

Food: tasty and fresh. Definitely worth a return trip.
Service: on point. Ordered on the app and the food was ready when we got there.
Atmosphere: eminently breathable.
I chose the "build your own bowl" option when I ordered. They also have a "build your own box" option. All very easy to order on the app. However, I have a marketing suggestion for Core Life. The bowls and boxes are not what the customer is 'building'. In truth, the containers are already made, and we just select the items to put in them. With that in mind, I submit that when I order at Core Life I should have the option to "pack my own bowl" or "stuff my own box." I'm not charging for this slick marketing advice, but I wouldn't turn down a coupon or two.

I was in a short line for 25 mins to get a salad. The one girl was great (first one), the girl in the middle was terrible. She was so confused and easily frustrated. She had everyone's meat orders all messed up.
I ordered a Greek salad with chicken and they were our of 3 of the ingredients that were standard on the salad. And then never even put on the tomatoes - which they had I won't return.

Kung Pao Tofu Bowl was fantastic. The Purple rice I could also eat all day just by itself. The Chili Cilantro Vinaigrette on the bowl was delicious

Delicious and truly nutritious meal offerings
Their new smoothies are delicious and fairly priced, like 11 for a 24oz with collagen add on

Unfortunately the menu changed. I liked the prior menu much better. This will cause a longer line as regulars now will need to figure out the new menu. Was 4-5 star Unfortunately the new menu doesn't hold up.
My bowl was half empty and they even forgot to but some ingredients. .I ordered online. Same for my parents order. They were out of steak and pork which I ordered and gave chicken so stole money from me.
