HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!SAFETY ISSUES! STALE FOOD! WARNING!Ordered Goat Biryani, Samosa and Mango Lassi. The Goat biryani was stale, samosa was missing and Mango lassi container was just yellow colored water. Seemed like they gave the wash water using which the lassi mixer was cleaned, instead of the actual lassi. This isn’t the first horrible experience.Last time they gave only half the quantity of mutton biryai. I ignored it and didn’t comment or report, thinking it was an error. But, seems like delivery orders are handled carelessly. Completely spoiled the Friday mood!

I used to eat here as a regular takeout customer but I never will again. After an issue with ordering online I called the the store to resolve. Whoever is on front desk duty has zero customer service skills; is uninformed on how to do his job beyond saying hello, and was rude and hung up on me in his own lack of ability and lack of proficiency at his job . It won’t impact your business but you’ve lost a customer for life

The food was OK, not the best that I've had but it wasn't bad either. The service was great. The ambience was chill will definitely come again.

I got takeout from here with my friends. It was delicious! They called us when the order was ready so that we knew when to pick it up. Loved everything we ordered. We got 3 appetizers and 4 entrees.

One of my favorite parts of this resturant is no music. I can hear myself think and hear my friends talk. The food is fabulous. Highly recommend the Palak paneer!

Best Indian food for takeout in Albany in my opinion. Their naan is killer and I'm sure even better if you eat it there. The employees there do a good jobWheelchair accessibility: No so much I helped a guy come in with a walker when I was picking up one time

We had goat biryani, chicken sheekh kebab, and mango lassi. All of them were delicious. Usually the smell of goat-meat puts me off, but the goat we had with our biryani was juicy, tender and tasty. The sheekh kebab was also good. One problem was that they used a great amount of oil in their food. They served us complimentary naan, which was very soft.Overall, we were satisfied with the food.

The food portion is small but it’s lovely. However, their customer service is so bad. Every time I go for pickup for online order the food is not ready.

This place is a total dive. The interior is so dirty and uninviting, I felt uncomfortable even being in there. They could maybe at least play some music to make the place seem less post apocalyptic? That being said, I can do a dive so long as the food is good, but that was not the case. I got the samosas, malai kofta and a mango lassi. Samosas we're ok, mango lassi was good, but the kofta didn't even taste like Indian food. I understand that it is listed as "mild", but there was zero spice or seasoning in the sauce. It basically tasted like hot cream. They also, it appears, tried charging me twice. I was there a week ago now, and there is still a pending charge in my account, aside from the charge that already went through. Maybe other dishes are good, but I would recommend doing delivery or take away if you plan on giving it a go. (And keep an eye on your bank account afterwards).
