Okay I’m a reasonable person. Last night I made an order around ten thirty(after a twelve hour shift mind you). I got the confirmation of the order. I am a regular and they have all my info. I got the money taken out of my account and then NOTHING And they don’t answer the phone then or now!!!!!!! I have been a somewhat regular since western ave locale. these guys can kick rocks. I should walk two miles to ask what happened?! I’m getting up at five for work. I AM FURIOUS

My calzone was made incorrectly (an item I removed online was still in it, understandable mistake as it was middle of dinner time so I’m sure it was busy, they rarely make mistakes on my order). Normally that wouldn’t warrant a 5 star review, but I put in a complaint online directly to dp dough, and within minutes I received a call from the manager to rectify it, with multiple options, and we came to a very fair compromise. Food is still great, service also great and fast. Thanks to the manager for his professionalism and to the cooks for a great meal.

The food is always delicious and delivered quicker than a lot of places. Great value for money. I got the cinnamon stix the other day for the first time for free with some of my loyalty points and they were soooo gooooooood. This is def one of my go-tos when I can't face cooking ❤️

Great food. Slow service-order wasnt ready at pickup time and had to wait an extra 10 minutes after said time for food to be ready.

These guys are great to deal with. And the owners also own Herbie's burgers and post across the street. Always willing to make an order right if something happens. The food selection is good. And they just redid the dining area. The whole store looks amazing. I would recommend this place any night. They are open late. And they have good food for good prices. Also the staff is very friendly.

We used to love DP but we’re never going back! I had a gift certificate there for a while & every time I tried to use it, there was some excuse or issue. It was given as a Christmas gift but when my mom purchased it, they didn’t give her any proof of the purchase except a business flyer. One of the times I tried to use it in store after already placing an order, I was told I could only use it online. So I tried to order online tonight but there was no option to use it. When I called, I was told they don’t accept gift certificates anymore. My mom paid $25 for the certificate & the manager didn’t offer any type of solution for the situation - no refund or coupon - but I was told to use it at another location. So I’m supposed to drive 3 hours to the next closest DP just to try to use it. ? Because of their incompetence, they don’t even have a record of the purchase. Shocker! Makes me wonder how many others have lost money due to poor business practices…

I placed an order at 4:16pm. It's 5:46pm and I have not yet received my order. Don't order here if you can't afford holding everything for a simple delivery.

Taking this to Facebook since I can’t post on Google reviews again. Just wondering where this 100% option is to use gift certificates online…? Not only is it not there, but I’ve been lied about by certain employees & received a lovely reply from the owner about how it’s been “several years” since I was given the certificate. It’s been not even 2 (not this past Christmas but the year before) & I have stated several times to the employees that my mom NEVER received any card, piece of paper, ANYTHING other than a common FLYER to prove that she made the purchase. So another lie to make me look like the bad guy ? Gift certificates aren’t supposed to expire anyway so I’m not sure why there’s such an issue with how long I’ve had it. Even if I’ve had it for 10 years, I should still be able to use something that was paid for. Regardless, there is one nice employee there that said I can use it next time when I use my name, so I’ll use it & sever ties for good.

Am in love with their chicken parm calzone, a little disappointed they no longer sell traditional bone in wings but their boneless option is delicious nonetheless

The legend of Albany's favorite calzone eatery was strong, but between covid, winter, and just plain laziness (anyone else forget where their jeans even are?), it took me three years before I made it here. It did not disappoint! We stopped in as a preamble to an evening of drinking. For a very reasonable price, we split two calzones, both of which were delightful. I loved the Pesto Zone- simple, delicious, with great flavors and lots of yummy melted cheese. The Hawaiian bbq chicken was also good. For a quick cheap bite on lark steeet, DP Dough is a great choice!

Good calzones! When I visited, the person taking my order didn't record my request properly. Once I got home and realized the mix up, D.P. Dough was quick to rectify it. Even though my order was wrong, the food was still good.

I was hungry. I didn't feel like cooking. I heard about D.P. Dough, but I'd never ordered from them before. They made it easy because it was done completely online. I never picked up the phone. I ordered the Italian Zone: Salami, Ham, Pepperoni, Mozzarella, Parmesan, Ricotta. I really enjoyed it. The dough wasn't greasy. In fact, it was lighter than the calzones they used to serve in my old neighborhood growing up. But they put more stuff in it. I was used to getting just ham, ricotta and mozzarella. It was ready right on time. There was more calzone than I could finish by myself so I was happy to share it. A nice experience which I will repeat the next time that I don't feel like cooking and want to order online. Oh, and I don't have any photos to share. I was too hungry to stop to take pictures.

Great food, Roni Rolls are the best. Never had a bad experience.

Put in online order and order was confirmed. Showed up and the order wasn't even started yet. Very disorganized and will not be returning.
