I stopped in yesterday after attending the Tulip Fest. I just happened upon Dainty’s as I was driving to a different restaurant and I figured, “What the heck, I’ll give it a try.” Summary - It was just ‘Okay’.My friend and I split a large Jerk Chicken with cabbage and rice & peas. Nothing was noteworthy for being bad but nothing was outstanding either, thus the mediocre review. I compare all Jamaican restaurants to a place in Worcester, MA called Caribbean Flaavor....

Service was Bad, Portions were small, Prices were Large as well as the attitude of the woman taking my order. I ordered 2 small platters($35); 1 Jerk chicken in a tiny container filled with rice , a tablespoon of cabbage 1/2 of a chicken leg. Oxtails were tender and flavorful container also filled with rice. The lady acted as if it was a crime that I asked for gravy on the rice with the chicken. Needless to say I won’t be going back But if you are in the mood for decent Oxtails...
