This went from a almost 5 star review to the fact the food is great. My brother and I came Oct 2nd day before his birthday and got the WORST service of our life. Day before his birthday. Now I see how they treat American Veterans. We got there he ordered a beer hadn't even sat down went to use the bathroom fast cause we had been out driving for awhile. He got back and without being served and we were told to leave because they thought he was throwing up. NOW my question is, even if he was (which isn't the case he just had to use the restroom) why does it matter? What if he is receiving medical treatments that causes him to be sick, or that he had eaten something that hadn't agreed with him etc.. Are they watching people in the restrooms now? The day before this Airforce Veterans birthday and we have been VERY good customers for a long time all because he had to use the restroom we get told to leave due to being suspected of him vomiting??? REALLY.. COMMON. And you bet I will be contacting the GM about this I hope you still have the video footage of that night D&B as this was such bullcrap. You don't treat people that way we had literally just gotten there, that bar tender was in the wrong. When a customer talks to you calmly explaining what was going on you should listen. Not just assume and look at things, not sure what he didn't like about my brother but he was nothing but polite when ordering his beer.

The food is microwavable. The staff are non-existent, most of the time and completely unhelpful. When you can find them, the place is a glorified casino for kids. You spend a hundred dollars and get enough tickets to buy a two dollar item that you could have got upstairs at five below

Not impressed at all. Service was horrible. We sat at our table over 20 minutes before my friend decided to go talk to one of the six staff standing around chatting less than 20 ft away from where we sat. To be told someone will be right over. Which then all six staff disappeared. I should add it was not busy, if it had been I would understand the wait, but there were people seated at maybe 5 tables to eat. After another 15 minutes or so went by he decided to go talk to a manager who came over to help us. Waited for our food for a while, and was not impressed. Then when the waiter took receipt and our card so we could pay our bill, he came back with a tablet to sign a bill that was $40 more than what it should have been. We might go back to the arcade part, but definitely not going to waste money in restaurant part again.

Absolutely horrible food was mediocre at best. I’m not one to make reviews but the service was horrendous. Waited 30 minutes to even be seen for our order and drinks. We said something to them and tried waving them down. No one came to us for another 10 mins when my partner said something again but to a manager. Not very happy with this place.

Our son wanted to go here for his 8th birthday. It was a nice place. Staff were lovely. It was super clean. Food was meh. Games were cute, but selection wasn't what we'd hoped for (our local bowling alley has a better selection ?‍♀️). All in all, it was a fun family night. Would def visit again, but will adjust our expectations.

You cant ever go wrong with visiting a dave and busters, always a awesome selection of games for all ages to enjoy. There's also a nice selection of prizes to spend all those tickets you've won on.

Response to owner: Honestly it would improvr my review by alot, if the bar surface wasn't sticky when I sat down to order food.

Not all the games were working and the prizes were impossible to get for kids. Then we sat down and ate.. my chicken was cold and gross. The lady seating us was completely rude we asked for a booth and she told us she was just gonna sit us at a table.
