Dave & Buster's Albany

We've always have a great experience at our Dave and Busters! Our server was awesome, as always, and the food is always great! Thank you for proving a wonderful place to eat and have fun. See you again

If you buy your game passes along with your dinner be aware of tipping on the price of the game card as they add it on to your food bill. Our server earned a tip on an extra $90 because we weren't paying close enough attention.

Dave & Busters in Albany, NY came in absolutely CLUTCH for us today! I had my son's 6th birthday party booked at Urban Air, but 20 minutes in, everyone had to evacuate due to a ceiling pipe bursting and causing a HUGE mess. Feeling stranded, a guest jokingly mentioned Dave & Busters, and after a couple minutes of thought, we decided to give it a shot. Not only did they accommodate our entire group of people(about 25), we also recieved fantatic service and was able to enjoy the rest of my son's special day. Thank you so much to the staff in Albany, NY today for helping us save this day. We appreciate it so much, and will absolutely return in the future!

The service was terrible, the food was over cooked and it was a 2pm on a mon so its not like being busy was the reason,,I'll never go here again or recommend it

Exactly what you'd expect with lots of noise, kids running wild and a wide variety of games! Looked like everyone was having a great time!

We go to Dave & Busters often, but don't always have time to sit and have a meal. Our food and service was great, and the menu had a variety of options for everyone. The only downfall, and not even a huge deal, the kids portions were very small. My kids probably could have ordered two kids meals each with the size of the portions they had. D&B should consider increasing the size of the kids portions.

Everybody was great during our visit. They sat to us quickly. We got a really nice spot to sit and play. The waitress was very patient and very thorough. Would definitely come back again. 

Waiter was great. They didn't read my initial request when I booked, but everything worked out

This went from a almost 5 star review to the fact the food is great. My brother and I came Oct 2nd day before his birthday and got the WORST service of our life. Day before his birthday. Now I see how they treat American Veterans. We got there he ordered a beer hadn't even sat down went to use the bathroom fast cause we had been out driving for awhile. He got back and without being served and we were told to leave because they thought he was throwing up. NOW my question is, even if he was (which isn't the case he just had to use the restroom) why does it matter? What if he is receiving medical treatments that causes him to be sick, or that he had eaten something that hadn't agreed with him etc.. Are they watching people in the restrooms now? The day before this Airforce Veterans birthday and we have been VERY good customers for a long time all because he had to use the restroom we get told to leave due to being suspected of him vomiting??? REALLY.. COMMON. And you bet I will be contacting the GM about this I hope you still have the video footage of that night D&B as this was such bullcrap. You don't treat people that way we had literally just gotten there, that bar tender was in the wrong. When a customer talks to you calmly explaining what was going on you should listen. Not just assume and look at things, not sure what he didn't like about my brother but he was nothing but polite when ordering his beer.

The food is microwavable. The staff are non-existent, most of the time and completely unhelpful. When you can find them, the place is a glorified casino for kids. You spend a hundred dollars and get enough tickets to buy a two dollar item that you could have got upstairs at five below
