Re: $130 order, 50 slippery wiggly soggy skin wings that looked boiled, missing food, no receipt, no reasonable solution After having bad food in the past we stopped ordering from DC’s for years. 12/2 we received bad food, missing food, no receipt, no napkins and no reasonable apologetic solution! I spoke to the owner about missing 8 ct mozzarella sticks and uncooked skin in an order of 50 wings. They were disgusting, slimy, and uneatable. Definitely far from crispy wings we ordered. I also mentioned we didn’t have a receipt. I told him I called last night after the delivery and no one answered. He said he didn’t have to give a receipt. He told me we received the mozzarella sticks. We did not. Proof on ring bell! He said they don't do anything unless you return the food, yet I told him they didn't answer when I called back and when I ordered the woman said it would be their last order. He said that was “A GAMBLE” we took when we “ordered before they closed”. He offered $25 for a future purchase. Then he tried to give a $50 credit which was less than the soggy slippery skinned wings and the missing mozzarella sticks. We won’t be trusting the food here ever again! At this time, Westgate Pizza Bella has amazing wings and great Pizza with annual discount deals and better prices. I told him I have pics of the bad wings and proof of no mozz sticks on ring! He did not express he cared. I told him he must get complaints all the time. I felt he did not care about our experience at all or that his business took money for uneatable and missing food. There was no apology or sincere promise to make things right. His concern was keeping our money! When I said I needed to do a review and post his response he replied —if you post anything, you’re definitely not getting credit. I’m thinking no future credit is a favor to my family! I let him know the money doesn’t matter to us. The aftermath and his response does. He earned a dispute with our credit card company, a Better Business Bureau complaint, and an online review with pictures. There is always a chance future customers will be treated better. And, the owner will stand behind their food! NOTE: for $130+ No napkins, plates, Cups, 3 small Ken’s blue cheese dressing and few celery bits.NOT enough for 50 wings even if we could eat them.

I was in town for one night at the Hampton Inn. We noticed DC's Pizza and checked it out. The staff was incredibly friendly and appeared to love their jobs. The pizza was excellent. I'm going to stop in again on my way to Lake George, NY in a couple of weeks. Keep up the good work!

I came across DC by an accident as I thought it was the deli next door. It was a great confusion. The meatball grinder was outstanding! Highly recommended

DC's feels like it's been here forever! It's got a payphone outside that brings back nostalgia vibes. The interior although small, has a lot of heart and character to its founding. Hard working folks run this place non stop. Looking for a slice of something different. This place does some interesting specialty pies. Haven't found a pickle pizza anywhere near here.

The prices have definitely skyrocketed but I love the pizza and wings. They were.kind enough to donate to a benefit we were holding in our backyard for suicide awareness. They were nice enough to donate $100 gift certificate that we could raffle off. So much appreciated

I got spaghetti and meatballs which were fine, not exceptional but good. And ALOT. BUT I was REALLY looking forward to the garlic knots....and they were all burned!! Why they didn't just toss them and give me new ones I don't know. I ate two trying to get a taste and couldn't. Horrible. They were all actually black. I don't know what they were thinking....nothing positive for sure.

This is my favorite pizza place in ALL of albany!! The staff are super kind and attentive to detail and the food is amazing!! If you're in albany for any time at all this place is a MUST GO!!

Consistently good pizza. Great to stop for a quick couple slices when on the go.

Food is consistently good (especially the wings), service is good, prices a little high, but I suppose that is true everywhere in this economy.

Great take out, they’ve got limited outdoor seating if you choose to dine on site. The food is amazing. Pizza is delicious, reminds me of Brooklyn. Salads are second to none, crispy & refreshing. Today I got a garden salad with grilled chicken and a slice of pepperoni pizza, cost just under $18. The salad was a very generous portion, enough for two people to share. Staff is friendly & put a sense of humor on display. If you want to eat clean or pig out, they’ll serve up great food with a smile!
