Consistently very good food and service. Varied menu satisfied the meat eaters, fish eaters and vegan in our group. Friendly and flexible!

I originally had made a reservation for six but needed to add two more and the staff was very accommodating. When we arrived they offered us a table in the Sinatra room which was a nice spot to have dinner with my group. The staff was friendly and professional. Other than a couple of minor delays in bringing a some of our orders the overall experience was very good. I recommend to try it out if you're in the area.

My RPI daughter student wanted a steak. We have tried several places prior in the area and just ok at best. This one did not disappoint. She got a ny strip that was great. Perfectly seasoned and cooked. Nicely comes with a side. I had lobster tail dinner which was put over amazing risotto. The lobster was great size and fantastic. My wife had linguini and clams which she is still talking about days later. We had great calamari app to start as well as great wedge salad, Overall not cheap but also not expensive which is more of the point, I think. I do not paying a little more for great food. Our waitress was tremendous. Extremely attentive and would check in frequently. Make sure you get the cannoli for dessert!! My favorite part was the tremendous organization. Place was jumping on a Saturday night but they had check in staff and several employees assigned to keep things moving. Very nice bar area if you wanted to watch some TV and eat there.

Very crowded but expected on Saturday night. Our reservation was honored quickly with a huge crowd waiting at the door and got a nice booth. Food choices are varied and all were delicious. Was looking forward to Utica greens and found an entrée( chicken Sinatra) that included them!

Very good. Waitress was great. Only downfall was we were right next to the kitchen. Lots of traffic.

The food was great the server was attentive but beware that your reservation on Friday and Saturday, isn’t real. The staff will not tell you and you’ll book it but your “reservation” is priority seating which means you still wait at least 30 minutes if it’s busy from your reserved time so plan accordingly

We arrived at 5:50pm and were sat promptly. Our waitress was very attentive and our meals were delicious. We ordered our drinks and when they arrived we ordered the Spicy Calamari and our dinners. Our salads came out before our appetizer. Half way through the salad our appetizer arrived. Five minutes later our linguine and clam sauce and the Filet Portabella arrived.. We had our bill and were out the door in 52 minutes. Felt very rushed and not what we expected for our anniversary dinner.

Our family went out for a birthday dinner this evening. Our server (Kayley? Kaleigh?) was new but was very knowledgeable and when we had a question she didn’t immediately know the answer to, she returned promptly with an answer. She was kind, courteous, and efficient.

After our meal concluded, our server and management went above and beyond to un-complicate our payment scenario with various gift certificates. Kudos to all the staff who make this place run so smoothly. We hope to return soon!
