Delmonico's Italian Steakhouse

Food was alright, kids pizza was piping hot but all adult meals were room temp or downright cold. Tried to flag wait staff down but they were occupied with other tables. Quality has definitely gone down in the last few years and for 200 dollars for dinner I can think of places where I'd at least have a hot meal and attentive staff.

Food was good but they were running late and we had to wait more then 30 minutes to get seated.

The rating would be higher but we waited more than 45 minutes to be seated despite a reservation. It was almost an hour total before we had drinks and ordered food

This will probably be the last time I eat here. It's always crowded so the steaks must be good. I don't order steaks, and their pasta dishes have always been mediocre. I didn't even take home my leftovers this time. Everyone is friendly but the service was a bit slow because of the crowd.

Food was plentiful and delicious. Portions generous. It was a Friday night so things were busy. Make a reservation!

The poor rating is for the fact that we had reservations for 715 and still had to wait 45 minutes to over an hour to be seated. They double booked the reservations and that was unacceptable on New Year's Eve.!!!! we left all Monaco's and Clifton Park Delmonico's does not do that and also not in Utica the albany de Monaco's over books

Waited almost an hour after our reservation to be seated. Hostess said it was to be expected but we never had to wait more than 10-15 mins before. Server was best part of experience but were never offered refills on our drinks and no water. Food was mediocre at best. Chicken Sinatra served with 2 tiny chicken breasts - 1 was charred and other tasted off. 3 tiny mushrooms, greens were really tough and potatoes were good. $40 Delmonico steak was 75% fat & grizzle served with a toddler size pasta dish. Used to be our traditional NYE dinner date night but will be going somewhere else going forward

Made a pickup order. I had order the side of shrimp scampi. They literally gave 3 shrimp and charged me $10.99. I thought it was just a mistake. So I call and I'm told that's just the way it is. 10.99 for 3 shrimp. Ripping people has become so normalized not getting value for money should be expected I guess. Never going back.

Lovely meal as expected. Service was pro.pt.and friendly. Meals were well done. Oh, speaking of well done, my rib eye was MR as requested, except in the middle where it was well done.

Had a great meal, the steak was delicious, cut like butter and melts in your mouth! Our server Jess B was amazing super sweet, very quick with our food and drinks! 10/10 would go back! Great food even better service!

First I want to say the service we received from Julie was excellent. There were 4 of us and we got seated immediately with a 5:30 reservation. We ordered calamari for an appetizer and it was just ok, just rings and without the sauces had no real taste. The men were looking forward to having the delmonicos steak however changed their minds when they saw the price and the fact that it only came with pasta. You could substitute for potato and vegetable for additional 5.99 each. They settled on the sliced sirloin which came with mashed potatoes. Their opinion was for the quality and quantity it was overpriced. I had the shrimp scampi which was very good as was the linguine with white clam sauce (diced clams). All in all we don't feel it was good enough to go back. This is just 1 parties opinion and they were very crowded when we left so obviously they are doing something right. I wouldn't recommend it but give it a try and judge for yourself.

Great place. Really enjoyed the sliced steak and mashed potatoes. Great mushroom gravy. The table was ready on time, and the service was perfect. Definitely one of my favorite places

We have always enjoyed eating at Delmonico's Italian Steakhouse and last night was no exception. The food and service was outstanding and because I am a veteran they gave me a certificate to be used on a Delmonico steak in the future. All A+++'s for our visit.

Top notch all the way! We were there on Veteran's Day and my husband was blown away when the Manager gave him a gift certificate and thanked him for his service. Just one more reason to love this place!! Our server Emily was fantastic! So friendly and she was so intent on making our "experience" the best it could be! My husband had the Delmonico steak - cooked & seasoned to perfection and delicious! I had the Filet Medalions in Cabernet Sauce, which I loved! The JUMBO Shrimp Cocktail was PERFECTLY COOKED. It's one of our top "must go" restaurants! We always LOVE the Italian music creating such a festive vibe & energy. Love it here!!
