The young man that answered the phone English sucks and his attitude need to be handle by corporate. This is not the way to treat customers. I was there ordering and another couple bring there pizzas back. The guy toke the pizzas and throwed them on the counter. Will not be going back here

I will never order from this store ever again. This was thr first time I ever experienced such poor service. I ordered online @7:02pm and did not receive the food until after 8:30pm. The delivery driver called me to say come outside to get the food. I explained this is a senior residence and for him to come inside. He refused stating he will meet at the front door and how he has other deliveries and threatened to leave and come back. I told him that I paid for a tip and luckily I was able to get someone to pick it up for her. I then called the store to speak to a manager and spoke to a male named Kalvin that said he was the GM. He did not express any customer service after I explained what happened. He said that delivery drivers do not deliver inside apartment buildings for safety. I explained that this was not my first time ordering from his store to my mother's residence and the previous drivers delivered directly to her door. He said he didn't know why that occurred but he was not sympathetic at all. I told him that as a manager he should demonstrate quality customer skills and explain the importance of that to his driver and he claimed to have apologized to me throughout the conversation but that was not true. I understand the food industry can be very demanding but when a customer is paying for a service, it's only fair for that customer to be met with quality customer service and I know that the executive leadership of Dominos recognizes that as a part of their integral goal to provide satisfactory service. I get food from this place all the time and the food isn’t bad minus the scarcity in toppings sometimes but tonight I ordered some brownies and the way they were cut was astonishing to say the least and when I called the store to say something about it the gentleman tried to tell me they come pre cut which makes no sense because you can see the line where someone tried to cut the brownies. This may seem like a small simple thing but I feel like it’s not that hard to cut some brownies.

My order was at least 20 minutes late the excuse was a flat tire and not many drivers I asked if he could even promise my order by 12:30 it was supposed to be delivered by about 11:40. The person over the phone semajai was very unprofessional and put me on hold would not let me speak to the other manager. He needs to be fired . I have recording j will be reaching out to corporate and I tried to just say please don't violate my food by spitting in it etc please just give me a soda and that would solve him literally wasting my time from 11:25 until 12 when I myself had to call and say where is my food i spent 38 dollars just about and I told them I would tip cash along with payment in the dominos app.

I don't expect much from dominos but this has to be one of the worst around. Bad food that seems to be cold "right out the oven" and weight times of an hour + The workers seem to push back online orders in favor of call ins and deliveries. Could just be a dominoes policy but this one is the only place I've noticed it.

Worst Domino’s Pizza store ever I made an order for delivery at 9:42 PM and the delivery guy arrived after 40 minutes with no pizza in his hands and he said someone else will deliver it. I ask him why you are here. He said there is a mistake. Someone else will come with the pizza in 7 minutes. I waited for more 30 minutes and the pizza not delivered. I called the store a rude guy at the store instead of apologizing to me he asked me to cancel it. Terrible experience.

I originally didn't want lava cakes but when I went to pick up my order I asked how quick they could make them. They were done super fast and my food was kept warm while I waited
