I live in the city about 10 minutes from Dominos. The store staff were unfamiliar with the area in live in so they refused to deal. I did think anyone has introduced them to the joys of GPS.

The other day I did went and order somefood and watched the employee making food for customer's but hi don't have gloves and don't even wash his hands and the the food it's not that good it's a chicken pasta I will never order or eat the food again

The person who answers the phone was rude and was threatening to come to my address to beat me up because I called that the driver didn't call and the tracker wasn't used. Was told I was rude to a delivery driver cause he wouldn't walk 25 feet to my front door cause there was nowhere to park...idiot could have used his flashers dropped food off and been on his way...so the GM said I was put on a do not deliver list and couldn't provide dates or times to when this specific event happened. Always tip my delivery drivers except 2 times...driver prolly complained because he didn't get a tip. Watch out food was burnt when I got it and took almost 4 days to get ahold of a manager or anyone of higher importance. Watch out staff is rude and they cannot take orders correctly. Store GM is nothing but uninformative and obviously can't run a business correctly. Maybe he needs to read these reviews and correct issues cause you put me on a do not deliver list well guess what you just lost another 20 customers because of that and also maybe more when I post on more social media.

Ordered a pizza and bread sticks on Friday 8/11/2023 at 9:45 pm. Bread sticks were edible but the pizza was not had one bite. My spouse agreed pizza was not edible. Called back. They told me to call back tomorrow to speak with a manager. They would not correct the order that night. We went away for the weekend. Pizza so bad I took the time to call back on Monday. Was told to call back Tuesday to speak with General manager. Spoke to the General Manager today. Was willing to give me a discount next time.......if the pizza was so bad I was willing to call three times over six days to get to the right person.....it must be bad.....20% discount will not be used anytime in the near future.Poor customer service and bad pizza is unappetizing.

I order from this store like every week because my youngest boy loves the cheese pizza. I will faithfully keep ordering from a place that provides good pizza for my son and keeps coming to my house in a timely manner. When they are late they let me know and I appreciate that too.
