Dos amigos Mexican Restaurant

I ordered the vegetarian enchiladas online and they gave me chicken. When I went back, they rudely argued with me over it, then told me they couldn't refund my credit card, then said they could refund my card but not provide proof of the refund. I paid almost $19 for my online order, because I also tipped them, and had to settle for $15 cash out of the register and no dinner. Atrocious customer service from a hostile, rude staff.

paid for two empanadas through their app for pick up. went to pick it up at said time and they were closed (despite hours online saying otherwise). went back at 3pm after my work shift and still closed. called the next day and told them i wanted a refund, was put on hold and they ended the call. call later in the day and spoke to someone who supposedly took my number down and said they would talk to the person who can issue refunds and would get back to me the next morning. it’s about to be a week and i’ve heard nothing. did not want to leave a bad rating on a restaurant but had to due to poor service and bad communication skills. i’ve ate here once and there was a long wait for empanadas. the place upstairs is a better bet, no waits and always open.

We came for lunch. The tacos barely had any meat. They barely had any flavor. I would say the best thing on the plate was the limes the sauce on the side & my bottle of water. This used to be my favorite place. I would drive from Syracuse to come eat. Ownership has changed. We won't be back.

It was so bad. So so bad. How do you mess up enchiladas? It tasted like anise, of all things. Still starving, I left disappointed.

Food was good, my suggestion to the owner is; to drain the fried food of the cooking oil. Food was good but much too greasy! I will go back to see if the food is still greasy, and let the Community know my findings.

came here after shopping but i wish i didn’t. the food was awful and overpriced. The waiter who helped seemed nice but he messed up our order and stood there when we mentioned it. I would never go back again.

Probably the best tacos you’ll get within 100 miles or so. Just the regular corn tortilla asada tacos are top shelf.

DELICIOUS! We were seated with amazing chips and salsa (the salsa especially yummy), my bf got the birra ramen, and I ordered the burrito bowl with chicken. If you're thinking about stopping in for some good Mexican food, DO IT! 10/10 we'll be back for more! Food was so quick, we barely touched our chips and salsa before our main meals were ready.Wonderful customer service, had great music playing, the lots of care and love that goes into this place and it shows! Our two highlights were the horchata, and the amazing salsa.

not only have i ate better food than this there were COCKROACHES and MOUSE DROPPINGS in the bathroom 😍🥰🤭 scared i’m going to get food poisoning yay!!!!
