So this Dunkin used to suck. I mean REALLY really suck. It used to be the worst Dunkin in the entirety of Albany, maybe even the entirety of the capitol region. Buuuut now, it has become extremely reliable and tasty (at least around 6:40am on weekdays). The crew around 6:40 am are always killing it and seem to enjoy what they do. I can’t speak for the rest of the day.

Service was good, atmosphere is a little creepy.

Wheelchair accessibility: I do not see it being wheelchair friendly. The aisles were kind of small, but you could manage with help.

I visit my local Dunkin' regularly, and while the coffee is always great, the service can be hit or miss. Sometimes my order is spot on, but other times there are small errors. Overall, it's a decent spot for a quick coffee fix, but consistency could improve.
