Our mobile order took a while to fill, but I was understanding since they seemed to be overwhelmed at the moment. The order was incorrect, but they fixes it promptly and apologized. The cold brew at this location was less than desirable.

I'm often using the app to order ahead and my orders get messed up. If I catch if they will fix it but sometimes I don't realize it until I have gotten home. Some staff are rude. There are a couple of staff that are always so nice to me but for the most part they don't even say hi or bye have a nice day.

I placed a mobile order for a coffee and refresher and it was ready when I went to pick it up. Staff is super friendly and greeted me as I walked in. Employees are proficient even when short staffed. They definitely gained a customer
