I ordered a large fun drink and received a large black coffee instead. They put ketchup on my bacon, egg, and cheese without asking, and I am allergic to tomatoes. When I asked for a new one, the woman told me she was going on break and that someone else could help me, but no one else was there. I felt uncomfortable, so I left and will not be returning.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Lady in the cashier said the machine was broken so I couldn’t order my Frappuccino and I could only get frozen coffee or regular warm coffee so I just got the frozen coffee with mocha flavor. She then told me to pick up the drink on the side while she proceeded to take another girls’ order. I stepped to the side with my baby’s stroller when I saw she was attending someone else but then she started yelling that I needed to pay like I was trying to leave without paying (??). She also made the other girls order before mine and was talking to me like she was doing me a favor. My coffee was not frozen, very watery and not good at all. Worst service ever, I feel bad for her for being that rude and miserable. Never go to this Dunkin’

Low key disappointed, the lid to my drink was dirty it had coffee on it previously. My drink itself had no flavor, it just tasted like water or the energy drink they put in it. Not sure felt weird

As a mall worker trying to get a coffee and being told "our espresso machine goes down every day because we don't want to be stuck late" it wild. I walked in at 5:30pm to the location that closes at 6 and was told there's nothing they can do and to try tomorrow if I wanted to speak to a manager. As a retail manager for over a decade, I'm mind blown at the lack of fks given, and I understand how it can be annoying so for me to be stunned is wild
