From the time I pulled up at the drive-through, the customer service was awful. She handed me my change without even looking at me and dumped it in my hand and walked away. If the employees are not even going to act like they want to do their job maybe they shouldn’t be working there worst customer service I ever had at Dunkin’ Donuts. I asked her if she liked her job and she said whatever and Close the window.

Got to this location at 9:15 9:20 no one said anything on intercom nor introduce themselves to tell us they wasn't serving and it says that they don't close until 10:00 horrible service

Placed a mobile order at 9:38. Arrived at 9:45. Employees had everything locked up and ignored my existence for 12 minutes until they smirked as I drove away. I genuinely don’t mind if they want to close early, just don’t waste my time by accepting an order.

I don’t know how places can’t update their hours online says they close at 10pm but they close at 9pm -.-

It was my first visit, it was raining. I missed the speaker to place my order along with a few others. It was confusing, once I got to the window the worker told me to hurry up and move because people are waiting for their orders. She also said drive back around and place an order. I decided to go into the restaurant and it was pure chaos. I waited for almost 2 minutes at the counter to place an order. Since I wasn't acknowledged we left and went to another location.

We didn't even get service. We tried the drive through first, and got no response. So, we went in and got totally ignored by the people behind the counter. We stood there at the counter for a good five minutes and no one said anything to us, didn't even acknowledge our presence so we left.

me and my friend were on our 15 minute break from work and we went to Dunkin and ordered two bacon egg and cheeses when we got to the drive-through we received the wrong order and told them that
we waited there for about 10 minutes then he came out with the wrong order again so we went inside and he took three people from the drive-through before he talked to us so we waited another 20 minutes and he still gave us the wrong order, but I had to leave to get back to work cause I was already 10 minutes late

I never leave reviews, but I’ve had it with one of these workers. I’ve had great experiences at this dunkin except for two times and it’s been with the same worker. She always has a bad attitude and was extremely rude to my friend. She was the “shift leader” and white and middle aged. She was all confused about my friends order and was trying to make it about my order which made no sense bc we ordered separate. Then she tried to say that my friend never paid and was trying to make her pay again when I literally watched my friend pay and she had the receipts on her phone. She told my friend to relax and said that she was giving her attitude when my friend was being extremely calm and composed and the worker was getting all worked up for no reason. Eventually another worker came to help us and proved immediately that my friend paid and the other worker was all upset about it bc it was literally all her fault. I’ve had other bad experiences with her attitude as well, and she really needs to find a new line of work that isn’t customer service. Other than her, it’s a very enjoyable dunkin and every time I’m there I’ve had a good time when I’m not dealing with her.

Everyone is so nice EXCEPT this one shift leader!! I went on a Thursday morning around 11:30am and was told I had to relax by a rude white older SHIFT LEADER. she told me to relax when I was very calm then her coworker had to show her she was t wrong the whole time. She ignored to my order because she was lazy.
