THEY SERVE BURNT BACON!!!! Lady had the audacity to hand me burnt bacon, she messed it up and burnt it the first time, second time she burnt it again and decided to give it to me anyways, will not be coming here again.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin EVER! Frozen machine was “down” so I couldn’t get my coffee. Then asked for a sandwich and she burned it bc she literally didn’t want to do her job. Honestly wish I could attach a picture of how monad my sandwich was.

Ordered two avocado toast, one with the bacon (which is more expensive) this morning along with my normal iced latte. The latte was not when stirred! Both of the avocado toasts were too hard to eat and the one that cost more didn't even have bacon on it. One of the avocado toasts were not when in the normal box but wrapped in paper. Not happy at all with today's service.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is awful. For the last 2 weeks they can’t even get an order right in the morning. The one guy who I believe is a manager is the worst. Today he asked what kind of donut I ordered and then threw the bag to me and still didn’t get the donut right.

The cheese and egg croissants are always overcooked or burned. No matter what Dunkin Donuts, you go to, but one.
Place is hidden next to a gas station. When you travel around, you are attacked by overgrown bushes. Their intercoms are also broken so prepare yourself for some blown out ear drums.More than once I've been told that the drive-thru is closed because they don't have enough workers. Avoid this place unless you want the gamble and really need dunkin.

Usually don't have donuts that you order online, and therefore your order isn't ready when you try and pick it up. I will need to go to the other dunkin down the street.
Terrible morale and attitude by “workers”. Management has worst attitude because she couldn’t get her cigarette break. Coffee was burnt. Bugs on donuts. No wonder no one wants to work there. And the drive thru needs to be trimmed. It scratched my Bentley paint.
