Everytime I come here always waiting 15 to 20 mins in drive thur always have new management and seem to not know how to do there job they are very slow if you have to go to work dont stop here you will be late

Thereās nothing quite like biting into an ice cold hash brown after waiting on line for 10 minutes for your order. 1 car ahead of me in the drive thru, no reason for service like that. Not to mention you canāt even hear the guy mumbling on the speaker with the HVAC equipment. So frustrating.

THEY SERVE BURNT BACON!!!! Lady had the audacity to hand me burnt bacon, she messed it up and burnt it the first time, second time she burnt it again and decided to give it to me anyways, will not be coming here again.

Worst experience Iāve ever had at a Dunkin EVER! Frozen machine was ādownā so I couldnāt get my coffee. Then asked for a sandwich and she burned it bc she literally didnāt want to do her job. Honestly wish I could attach a picture of how monad my sandwich was.

Ordered two avocado toast, one with the bacon (which is more expensive) this morning along with my normal iced latte. The latte was not when stirred! Both of the avocado toasts were too hard to eat and the one that cost more didn't even have bacon on it. One of the avocado toasts were not when in the normal box but wrapped in paper. Not happy at all with today's service.
