Stayed at the Springhill suites next door 5 nights. So I went to DD where service is usually decent. The first visit was good, so I left a decent gratuity. 2 and time was service was lacking=no gratuity. 3rd visit the service was dismal....no smile, no welcome, just a blank stare. Definitely zero gratuity. And definitely a zero chance of me returning. Even if I stay right next door. Could be because I am white? The server on the last trip was black and was stone cold to me. Whatever the reason.... Unacceptable

Everytime I come here always waiting 15 to 20 mins in drive thur always have new management and seem to not know how to do there job they are very slow if you have to go to work dont stop here you will be late

Lady that took my order was the rudest ive ever experienced at any location. she ignored me multiple times, and no greetings. she screwed my order up, but I didn't even bother to tell her because i was so mad. I get your short handed and have no help, welcome to the club. I will never go back.

There’s nothing quite like biting into an ice cold hash brown after waiting on line for 10 minutes for your order. 1 car ahead of me in the drive thru, no reason for service like that. Not to mention you can’t even hear the guy mumbling on the speaker with the HVAC equipment. So frustrating.
