A little bit of a wait after 7am and the ice is too large and takes up most of the cup leaving not much room for coffee.. but other than that the crew is nice and they make my drink delicious.

New review after old one was removed. If you have no other options, go here. 50/50 chance they get your order correct. Several staff are rude and act like your existence is a burden to them. Constantly forgetting parts of orders, or doing them wrong. Store layout leads to issues/congestion between a line, and people waiting. Every few months I try this one again, and almost every time I am reminded of why I don't go here.

This isn't a review of the location per se, even though you can expect to wait a while for service if you don't order ahead with the mobile app. This review is to question the cup design. What gives dunkin???? The drink tab doesn't fit into the section designed for it and doesn't pull off easily. Fix it!!

I'm never ordering here again. They keep giving me burnt awful tasting COLD BREW. If the cold brew coffee tastes burnt, then it wasn't cold brew. This was the third strike. Don't bother with the coffee here. I doubt they clean the machines with how bad the coffee is.

Poor service , rude employee, I did a door dash and they forgot my drink. After calling several times I got through and was told o well call door dash and get a refund. I paid for a drink that I didn’t receive. The employee going to ask me if I can come get it , if I can come get it I wouldn’t did door dash. DUHhhhh. Couldn’t get a refund had to eat my dry bagel with nothing to wash it down ?

This location is terrible, I walk in and there is no other customer in there so I go to order my food and then proceed to wait more than 10mins for my bagel. They care more about making online orders and so slow with making food. Then I ask nicely for a knife from the manager and she said one second and continue to worrie about the online orders, it take two seconds to grab a knife … I walked out and never going back in there. Everytime there some issue.
