This isn't a review of the location per se, even though you can expect to wait a while for service if you don't order ahead with the mobile app. This review is to question the cup design. What gives dunkin???? The drink tab doesn't fit into the section designed for it and doesn't pull off easily. Fix it!!

I'm never ordering here again. They keep giving me burnt awful tasting COLD BREW. If the cold brew coffee tastes burnt, then it wasn't cold brew. This was the third strike. Don't bother with the coffee here. I doubt they clean the machines with how bad the coffee is.

Poor service , rude employee, I did a door dash and they forgot my drink. After calling several times I got through and was told o well call door dash and get a refund. I paid for a drink that I didn’t receive. The employee going to ask me if I can come get it , if I can come get it I wouldn’t did door dash. DUHhhhh. Couldn’t get a refund had to eat my dry bagel with nothing to wash it down ?

Did a door dash order they forgot my drink . after calling them several times they finally answer the phone. I was told they have the drink someone forgot to put it in the bag. Do I have a way of getting the drink, I did door dash if I had a way I wouldn’t have done door dash. Lady was rude told me to call door dash she can’t refund my money so basically I paid for a drink that I didn’t receive. Mid conversation she hung up on me . Would not recommend using door dash to order from this Dunkin if they mess up your order your screwed ?♀️

This location is terrible, I walk in and there is no other customer in there so I go to order my food and then proceed to wait more than 10mins for my bagel. They care more about making online orders and so slow with making food. Then I ask nicely for a knife from the manager and she said one second and continue to worrie about the online orders, it take two seconds to grab a knife … I walked out and never going back in there. Everytime there some issue.
Be sure to order your food online give them 20 min to make your food. They are quick to get drinks out but not food. They make the food order in batches and then pass 10 of the orders out at once. One time I got my coffee right away, It got cold while waiting for my bagel. It’s very busy being close to all state and federal workers. They either burn your food or under heat your food. If you order donuts online they’ll probably forget to get them for you.

I ordered at 8:23, arrived ten minutes later to check my order on the mobile order shelf. Nothing there. Okay maybe there busy so I wait and wait and wait for fifteen minutes, nothing. So I get on line and ask where my order is. It is now 8:52 according to my refund receipt. I am told they do not have the ingredients to make my order.Literally the worse Dunkin Donuts experience I've ever had. Will not be using this location ever again despite it's convenient location. 0/10

I rarely review chains because the experience usually varies every visit. However this Dunkin’ Donuts is the most consistent one I’ve ever been to. I’ve been going here multiple times a week for months and my order is always correct, fresh, and timely (even though they are PACKED with state employees)... The staff here are friendly and fast.

Let me start off by saying I am a Dunkin Junkie. I love my dunkin coffees when I am in the office. This one is super quick with online orders. However todays order was a strikeout. The biscuit bites that I got were super soft, but definitely lacked flavor. And I was getting Turtle vibes upon reading the new Carmel&Chocolate flavor. However, nothing about that flavor is Turtles. And honestly it's definitely not something I plan on getting again. It's definitely not what I thought it was.
