This Dunkin is FILLED with disrespectful employees. I have numerous examples but we’ll be here all day. I used to think that was the only help they could get but the Dunkin down on Broadway is so much more pleasant. Save your time and spend your money down the street at the Broadway Dunkin! It’s worth the extra 2 minutes believe me. DO BETTER DUNKIN.

My daughter and I visit this Dunkin' Donuts every morning, but unfortunately, most of the staff here are rude and unpleasant. There are only two employees who are nice to us - one named AJ and another young lady who wears glasses. The rest of the staff give us attitude when we ask for simple things like straws or napkins. They act like they don’t want to be there. It's disappointing to be treated this way, especially since this Dunkin' Donuts is conveniently located near my daughter's school. I spend a lot of money to be treated poorly. The food is not always fresh and the drinks taste overly sweet. We just ask for a little courtesy and respect from the employees.

Went to get drinks from work at 5 pm get there and they got the drinks out in the open for who knows how long with no lids then she takes the coffee container throws away the old coffee grounds by smacking it on the side of the garbage can then put it back in to make new coffee when I said something she says it’s part of the closing process and then said I don’t have patience for this as she’s making a drink mind u she’s cleaning with a dirty rag not washing her hands or even wearing gloves

Dunkin’ Donuts is supposed to be open at 5 o’clock. It’s 531 me and my coworkers were coming to get a couple of donuts instead of putting a sign on the door or the young ladies even come to the door to say hey just go to the drive-through we’re not open for whatever reason they just stood there and looked at us. I think that’s very rude and bad customer service and because of that I didn’t even wanna go to drive-through. I just went to another Dunkin’ Donuts

This location is terrible at staying on top of inventory. I understand that things run out for various reasons, but it’s way too often that they are out of almond milk, oat milk, whip cream, etc.
I ordered a medium hot chocolate and the cup was filled about 60%. When I inquired, they told me that's what a medium is and there's nothing they can do about it. I should have read the reviews first. I'll never order from here again.

Asked for a medium caramel coffee with 1 cream in the drive thru. There is no one in line or even in the store. First, it took nearly 10 minutes just to get the coffee. Then I get a black coffee.... didn't notice until driving away. Employees are on their phones and not paying attention.

I believe in leaving good reviews instead of bad reviews but this specific DD location is literally a waste of money. Anytime I have to order from this location, I anticipate my order to be either wrong or made without any care to standards or the food tasting good. Today’s visit was no different. My coffee, upon looking at it, I knew was made wrong so I kindly ask that they remake it. The 2 orders of snacking bacon were both a balled up mess of soggy bacon, croissant stuffer was undercooked and the bacon in the wake up wrap was also undercooked and soggy. The only item in the order that was made correctly were the munchkins which they forgot to give me via the drive through and I had to Come back and get it. A waste of $20 and an inconvenience when you’re on the run.

Went inside to use the bathroom and make my purchase. I was told at the front counter “we are only taking care of the drive thru, you have to wait”! Needless to say I drove some place else. How can you refuse to serve a customer in your face yet rush to serve one in the drive thru?… Make it make sense!

This my first time writing a review, I went to this store 2 times outta the week, I tipped them. But I felt my order was messed up. Both times. I asked for yellow American both times, they didn’t put in on there. An when I noticed the second time. I asked them to redo it, and the lady clearly just put a slice of American cheese on it, and folded it back up. It was cold, I was very upset. I didn’t take the receipt because I tipped, and felt it would’ve been good the second time though. But it wasn’t.
