Firstly I would like to say the quality of the donuts and muffins are pretty good. Much better than the DD is NYC. HOWEVER the customer service is to be desired. The line for drive through is long so I just park and come in. I accidentally cut off a gentleman I didn’t see so when the counter person said next, I said I was here first. Updated review: my review from last year was a one star, nothing but bad things to say. Recently my husband and I have been going back to this one due to always being in the area. This new crew they have are on point. Drinks are always good, staff is friendly and talkative, if mistakes happen they happily handle it, it’s a complete 180 from how things were last year. We’re happy to come to this one now and it’s one of our top three favorite ones in the area.
