I was in the mall over the weekend for an event, I went upstairs to grab a Tea & Coffee. I was the second one in line, I ordered, was waiting for my tea. People were ordering, getting their stuff, after about 15 minutes I asked if my tea was ready, the girl VERY RUDE said we are busy you have to wait! I also witnessed another customer asked for napkins, the girl threw them on the counter at her said HERE! I FINALLY got my stuff, I walked away not saying a word. The next day I went back up to get coffee, & a tea, it was 9am when they were supposed to open. The girl said she was waiting for the boss to call before she could open. She said I don't know what everyone is going to do this morning, but I'm not opening until I get a call back. Well that's weird but ok. I went back after a half hour to see if she was open yet, I ordered, got my stuff. The gentleman behind me was ordering stuff, she said you can't order MAD FOOD, I have a line already & I'm here by myself. HOW can you tell a PAYING customer they can't order stuff? SHE WAS RUDE! This was my first time at this location & will be my LAST! SERIVCE was RUDE & AWFUL! Managment needs to find help that KNOWS how to deal with the public NICELY! NONE of the 3 employees I encountered in 2 days were NICE AT ALL!

I was in Colony Center Mall for a car show all weekend. On Friday morning I went upstairs to grab a Tea & Coffee, the girls were VERY RUDE! I waited for about 15 minutes for my tea as I saw customers ordering & getting their stuff. I asked if my tea was ready the girl said you have to wait we're busy. Mind you I was the second customer of the day! I went back again Saturday morning, it was 9am when they were supposed to open. The girl said she wasn't opening until the boss called her back to tell her it was ok to open. She said I don't know what everyone going to do this morning but I'm not opening I don't care! OK that's bizarre! I walked away. I went back a half hour later she was open. There were a few people in line, I heard her tell a customer you can't order mad food. I have a line already, I'm by myself. How do you tell a customer they can't order what they want? They are PAYING CUSTOMERS! I'm glad I don't deal with this place all the time. This my very first experience with this place & my very last! Every employee I encountered was RUDE, & UNPROFESSIONAL! Next time I'm in this mall, I will go elsewhere within the mall.

Worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Horrible service. Took forever to get a coffee and a refresher drink. Literally 10 minutes with no one here. The people behind me that ordered food, got their food first but it was messed up and had to bring it back. That's how l9ng I was standing here for 2 drinks. I watched people behind me order food, get the food, brink the messed up order back and get new food before I got my drinks. I think it's because I'm white honestly
