We had a Coffee and a Tea. Their tea is really trademark-large-tea bag. Value for money though. Place is inside one of the Malls at Colonie Center and has a place to sit and drink your coffee.

I ordered 2 small hot chocolates and 2 doughnuts. Cashier wasn’t friendly and service was slow. Wasn’t busy. The drinks were both cold and the chocolate was clumpy and not dissolved. But the doughnuts were good. Disappointed for sure.

Very poor service over priced coffee was water down service is very unprofessional and it’s a shame because there’s a lot of employees in the mall and they don’t give any discounts for Mall employees or anything. And the selections is very poor.and The previous owners were a lot better. I would never recommend going there or referring anybody to go there. I apologize, but it is a shame.

I come to Colonie Centre to draw. Employees are always courteous, kind, respectful, and helpful. I occasionally go to dunkin here to get a Peach passion fruit refreshed. rarely has long lines.
Bought 2 doughnuts this afternoon. Got home to find they were moldy!!!

Lady with the black hair gives blow jobs in the back if you ask nicely (the manager). I wanted my coffee as black as the one employee and they messed it up, i said BLACK. Guy with the pony tail is a r****** On top of that the one lady that has one tooth screams at customers. They never have any big straws so next time i'm taking them all. I saw two underage kids working in there they looked 10 years old. The manager was taking my dunkin points on her app. This location is like being in albany. I swear i saw the one girl on only fans. The stupid skinny white girl asked me if i really needed 6 pumps of caramel like um yes it all goes to my big a** and ur just mad.

Just bought a large chi before work, after charging me for a large they handed me a medium and refused to fix the order and publicly shamed me infront of other costumers. I’m a frequent costumer at this location and was completely thrown off by their reaction to me informing them I received the wrong drink.They legit scammed me out of my money
