You get 2 stars for finally closing like you should have yesterday. I have the names of the employees that were forced to work in those conditions..I will be following up to make sure they were compensated their full day's pay. This review will be removed when I confirm reparations are made. Edit: For clarification, I am here to call out upper management. Not the store manager and certainly not the 2 employees who showed up to work despite the inadequate conditions.

Took nearly 30 mins to get in and out for just a coffee and bagel. The staff is trying their hardest but can only do so much with 2 people at the busiest time of the morning. They clearly need more people working

Absolutely horrendous experience at Dunkin' Donuts! The service was abysmal, to say the least. Not only the drink was bad but when I kindly asked for a receipt, the employee gave me attitude as if I was inconveniencing them. The audacity! Zero stars for service because apparently, common courtesy is too much to ask for. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs. Customer service? Nonexistent. Don't waste your time or money here.

You once again are opening with only one person in a dangerous part of town. And you seem to be shifting around the hours you are open. I have written corporate once. Only suggestion is give coffee and food to customer together. Rather than give them coffee 10 mins earlier than food. When I try to tell the samething, worker were very rude.
