Service here is varied. Depends on whose working. Most of the time everyone is friendly and seem happy to be helping. The only thing that could be done better is read the modifications made to food orders. 5 out of the last 6 times they've failed to add the extras I've paid for. Only got it correct tonight. Still waiting on a call regarding the wrong sandwiches that were made. Owners don't seem friendly enough to care. Just my opinion, of course.

Photo is of a bacon, egg & cheese that was supposed to have extra cheese. Second photo is of the Bacon Jam Breakfast sandwich which they sent 2 of, instead of the correct sandwiches I ordered. Food was also cold.

Just order 2 breakfast bagels, loaded hash browns, and a hot chocolate and the whole order came out burnt. The bagels are hard as rock and hash browns are just burnt only thing that came out good was the hot chocolate its sad.

I got a craving for Dunkin the first time in about a year however after standing at the counter for 3 minutes while there were only three people waiting and more than five employees in the store and not even greeted and asked to wait just a moment I'm going to go to a local coffee shop and not satisfy this Duncan craving and I'll probably wait another year but you know customer service is really big and greeting and saying hi to people in the morning really helps.

twice I asked for a large signature latte light on the ice, I asked the women who placed my order why would my coffee be lessened because of light ice. Just imagine if I would have got a small I HAVENT BEEN GETTING A BANG FOR MY BUCK. I am a nurse and I have to run on some coffee for fuel and it’s nerve wrecking paying almost 6-7$ for a small portion in a large cup because I said less ice!!! I am the one paying I shouldn’t be disappointed and dis-satisfied

Unexperienced in the true art of customer service and service industry standards. Will leave a sour taste in your moments there. New makeover same bad habits. Respect and compassion both lacking from many of the employees that work there, however there are a few good apples but you know what they say... 'one bad apple...' Ultimately, it's the leaders who are to blame because they allow it or reinforce the behavior exhibited. If you have to become such a cruel, disrespectful or complacent employee in your line of work then you shouldn't be working there or have that position. Put a smile on because it's contagious, change someone's day, and provide the customer with exactly what they want because they are paying for it and they are paying your wages and tips lets not forget in order for you to have the job, but besides that it's just common human decency at the end of the day.
