They are absolutely horrible, I received my Uber eats order and I ordered a Large iced coffee and it barely filled the middle of the cup and then I called and they had the nerve to blame the Uber eats driver when the bag was Sealed tightly to the point I have to use a letter opener to open it. The point is they are stealing from their order out customers.

Asked about a pecan crunch that they literally had months ago and everyone of the workers there were rude about it like I was ignorant to their menu. They egg one another on to continue to say snippy comments that are very unnecessary. This was on the date of April 23, 2024 at 11:45am. I will not be back to get anything and would rather spend the extra money with Starbucks over this brand. At least they will recommend a different drink over arguing with a customer over something that don't matter. Prime example of don't bring ur personal issues to work. We don't cause the drama in ur life, u do.

I recently moved into the area. I've been to this location three times now. The service, the exterior of the store, and the inside of the restaurant all have one matching quality... filthy. The staff are flat out rude. They lack professionalism and a smile. The place is always dirty inside and out. The school children patronize a lot in the morning, so perhaps the store will not lose sufficient income as a result of poor service and hygiene, but I won't be coming back.

Service here was absolutely atrocious. I approached the store very happy to get my mid morning drink and food but as I walked in this completely changed. The workers at this establishment are entirely disrespectful and they lack decorum. As I was waiting in line I watched those adult bullies make fun of everyone who got in line to order. Behind the cashier the other workers were sighing every time someone ordered. They are miserable and obviously hate their job. Dunkin needs to hire people who actually want to do a good job those people that I met today do not deserve the money. On top of this my drink was not made correctly at all it was completely different from what I wanted. This is absurd and I will not be going there again.

Homeless people are always trying to camp out here bathroom suffer because of that the staff really try and keep up but their priority is making food as it should be they really just need a security gaurd to solve the problem

Horrible couldn't get the deal I was offered for signing up for a dunkin rewards account, the app wouldn't let me pay in store although it offered that option on the app to pay with cash in store and then they didn't have giftcards for me to buy in order to add the money to My dunkin rewards account so i could get the offer i was promised for signing up, I asked for manager and there was not one on duty, they only wanted Me to add my credit card number, it was very suspicious and the place was not clean
