Today I order one mocha crunch, frozen coffee is taste so bad , I never buy again, before I drink mocha, it’s so good That’s why I ordered again but taste is so so bad. This is not a frozen is watery 👎

Too many people for them to handle making food the cash out person decide to help person with food, but then left my bagel to get cold horrible Dunkin’ Donuts. My snack and bacon wasn’t even sweet. Had no flavor, completely disappointed and upset.

This place is a joke the managers allow kids to raise hell in the place that when your here with 2 of your grandkids and they are afraid to go to the bathroom bc of the nonsense that goes on is a shame not just that they allow the older kids to also literally fighting that they allow as well plus a manager to go use the ladies room and NOT WASH HER HANDS WHEN SHE WAS DONE AND GO STRAIGHT TO THE BACK TO COOK HELL NO THIS PLACE IS BAD AND THE MANANGERS DONT CARE

I had to tell the the guy taking orders five times what I wanted. He still got it wrong. It's hard to order and talk to people who can't speak English or understand English. Unfortunately there was not one person working who could speak English. Had to wait almost a 15 minutes for a coffee in which was wrong. There was others in line also waiting for food n coffee. And they also had a hard time communicating with the workers. The moved the restaurant in the hospital to the main entrance and it's nice and should be busy. But with wait times and not being able to communicate with customers may lose business.

Ever since the Dunkin moved to B2, wait times for drinks and donuts are excruciatingly long. For example, at 2AM, it is not unusual for an order of a single drink to take upwards of 30 minutes. The location is also now much more frequently out of stock for items such as the Munchkins.

Very frequently it seems that there is only one employee trying to juggle asset of tasks meant for three people minimum. Inexcusable to subject your employees to such stressful working conditions and of course is a huge factor in one solitary drink taking so absurdly long to prepare.

My every day go-to Dunkin'. They recently moved to elsewhere within the hospital and it it so much cleaner and more spacious. The food speed can be pretty hit-or-miss. Some days I order, walk in, and it's already done. Other days, I stand around and wait fifteen minutes. My main issue is when you order a drink, they almost never mix it. Also, they don't put anywhere near enough cream cheese on the bagels. It's like they made someone else's bagel and cleaned the knife with mine. I'm not asking for half a pound of anything, but if I can't even see that you put it on there before I bite into it, that's a problem.

I work at the hospital and I asked for 13 singles after I order a everything bagel WITH cream cheese... first I never got cream cheese on my bagel after the employee came over and confirmed twice toasted with cream cheese, but the language barrier was so great that they got frustrated and she just threw up her hands and left it to another gentleman they kind of understood... he gave me 2 five and 3 singles... and I didn't get the bagel that I wanted...

The staff here have terrible manners. This location knows that they can churn out money just because they’re the only game in the hospital at a certain time and the hospital staff are desperate for a place to order food at night. They should be ashamed how they treat customers, act like they care, and maybe put more effort into cleaning as well.
