Khilia or whatever her ( black girl with glasses red hair with a bun) is super rude, I brought my son in and she was huffing and puffing while he was trying to order, she then proceeds click her teeth. Disgusting behavior, had an attitude from the moment we walked in
Rude women couldn't let me fill a water bottle. There is a bathroom with a sink and they couldn't even let me fill it there. -20 stars out 5 stars

Whatever you do, do not come to this Dunkin’ Donuts I live nearby and will never step foot in that establishment, I have gone to this Dunkin’ Donuts a total of 5 times in the last month after 6pm , each time I went, was for a donut, there was not one pastry available each time and when I ask why that’s the case I’m given attitude,, I don’t know if they’re back there chomping on them or giving them away but this has never been the case at this Dunkin’ Donuts and it’s sad that I can’t support a local business in my neighborhood. Sad to see it isn’t only me who feels that way based on the reviews. I will be using my connections to contact corporate this week hopefully that will influence change or better yet bring a better restaurant in place of that establishment

The workers are really less mannered. I was taking my time while choosing orders. The employee was calling me excuse me excuse me!! I was busy with the menu, and then she gave me a certain look. Don’t know how to describe it. And then laughed with other employees. It embarrassed me in front of everyone. Low class cappuccino anyway.

Limited sense of urgency during morning rush, mixed crowd of orders including what seems to be gradeschool students and general local walkins. Unfriendly, maybe understaffed, yelled at customer while ordering that it’s just going to be a minute while making food. Top tier one of the worst dunkin experiences. Mobile ordered well in advance, waited 15 minutes standing inside. Never coming here again.Didn’t toast the toast…Gave me attitude too! Thanks for ruining my morning -
