I have a suggestion that will make this On-The-Go experience more enjoyable and convenient. I send my order in ample enough time to arrive to the Dunkin Donuts location of my choice and my order is not ready. The app gives you a choice to pick up at Drive- Thru or inside. I choose Drive-Thru to find out that the employee was in the front end of the store and didn't receive my order because she never was notified in the front of the store that an ON-THE-GO order was even sent,...read full review

Horrible experience yesterday. Didn't get what I ordered and it was cold and the cup wasn't even close to full.
